Професійна медіапідготовка фахівців освітньої галузі

Abstract

Реалізація медіаосвітньої підготовки майбутніх фахівців освіти потребує визначення комплексу педагогічних умов, за яких процес розвитку їхньої професійної медіакультури буде найбільш ефективним. На підставі теоретичного аналізу й методів математичної статистики такими умовами обрано: створення та підтримку медіаінформаційного середовища закладу вищої освіти; реалізацію медіаосвітнього змісту професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців освіти; активізацію самостійної навчально-пізнавальної діяльності студентів засобами інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій; актуалізацію сучасних напрямів і технологій медіаосвітньої підготовки фахівців освітньої галузі. Медіаінформаційне навчальне середовище потребує розроблення навчально-методичного комплексу на основі застосування медіаосвітніх технологій; удосконалення програмно-методичного забезпечення педагогічного процесу. Реалізація медіаосвітнього змісту професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців освітньої галузі передбачає оновлення програми дисциплін навчального плану для успішного формування системи знань, умінь і навичок з використання інформаційних і медіаосвітніх технологій. Активізація самостійної навчально-пізнавальної діяльності засобами інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій спрямовує студентів на самостійність у здобутті знань, передбачає вироблення складних умінь і навичок бачити мету та зміст роботи, організовувати самоосвіту, здатності до творчості й навчально-дослідного пошуку. Актуалізацію сучасних напрямів і технологій медіаосвітньої підготовки майбутніх фахівців забезпечено впровадженням в освітній процес медіаосвітніх технологій для задоволення інформаційних, інтелектуальних, культурних та комунікаційних потреб особистості: інформаційне моделювання, кейс-методи, смарттехнології, метод проєктів, медіамистецтво.

The implementation of media education training of future educators requires the definition of a set of pedagogical conditions under which the process of development of their professional media culture will be most effective. Based on the theoretical analysis and methods of mathematical statistics, the following conditions were chosen: creation and maintenance of the media information environment of the higher education institution; implementation of media educational content of professional training of future education specialists; activation of independent educational and cognitive activity of students by means of information and communication technologies; actualization of modern directions and technologies of media educational training of specialists in the field of education. Media information learning environment requires the development of educational and methodological complex based on the use of media educational technologies; improvement of software and methodological support of the pedagogical process. Implementation of the media educational content of professional training of future specialists in the field of education involves updating the curriculum of disciplines of the curriculum for the successful formation of a system of knowledge, skills and abilities in the use of information and media educational technologies. Activation of independent educational and cognitive activity by means of information and communication technologies directs students to independence in acquiring knowledge, involves the development of complex skills and abilities to see the purpose and content of work, organize self-education, creativity and research. The actualization of modern directions and technologies of media education of future specialists is ensured by the introduction of media education technologies in the educational process to meet the informational, intellectual, cultural and communication needs of the individual: information modeling, case methods, smart technologies, project method, media art.
