Якість освіти фахівця туризму за вимогами НАЗЯВО: проблеми та перспективи

Abstract

Досліджуються питання підготовки та безпосереднього проходження акредитаційної експертизи за спеціальністю «242 Туризм» освітньо-професійної програми «Міжнародний туризм» першого (бакалаврського) рівня вищої освіти кафедри туризму, роботи експертної групи Національного агентства з питань забезпечення якості вищої освіти з 28 по 30 вересня 2020 року у віддаленому (дистанційному) режимі, актуальність, важливість і необхідність якої продиктована сучасними реаліями відповідності механізму формування загальноєвропейського освітнього простору, що дасть змогу забезпечити міжнародне визнання національних освітніх програм, мобільність студентів і викладачів, підвищить якість освіти. Розглядаються перспективні етапи удосконалення роботи: на профорієнтаційному етапі – посилення профорієнтаційної роботи з майбутніми абітурієнтами, зокрема використовування розробленої системи пошуку навчання і професійної орієнтації на краєзнавство і туризм здібної учнівської молоді в системі шкільного профільного навчання, наприклад, у МАН; на організаційному і теоретико-аналітичному етапі – теоретичне обґрунтування технологічного підходу як одного з напрямів удосконалення процесу навчання. Зокрема, підготовка фахівців майбутніх бакалаврів туризму на основі реалізації науково-дослідної складової частини виробничих практик, які на різних курсах мають бути змодельовані таким чином, щоб розвивати в студентів науково-дослідницькі компетенції, а на їх основі формувати компетенції професійні; на дослідницько-прикладному етапі – в умовах виробничої практики вирішувати бізнесово-господарські завдання та створювати зразки навчально-виробничої діяльності, які сприяють професійному зростанню майбутнього фахівця бакалавра туризму; під час навчально-методичного етапу напрацьовані результати впроваджувати у навчально-виховний процес, зокрема, удосконалювати технологію професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців бакалаврів туризму.

The article is devoted to the comprehensive analysis of using video materials in foreign language classes. The effectiveness of using this technology in teaching English is determined and substantiated. The paper defines the basic methodological and didactic requirements for the use of video films in the educational process. The main types of educational video materials and some methods of working with them are considered. The advantages of using this method in the classroom are presented. The problem of the impact of video materials on the quality of education, their role in the development of communicative competence deserves special consideration, since for a person who studies a foreign language this material is practically the only source of colloquial speech, which is represented in a real situation of the linguistic and non-linguistic behaviour of native speakers. In addition, the goal of teaching a foreign language is the formation of communicative competence that is necessary for the implementation of communication, and the means of its implementation are video materials that visually demonstrate the subject of study. The purpose of teaching a foreign language to students is to create conditions for the formation of communicative competence necessary for the study and understanding of foreign experience in the mainstream and related fields of science, as well as for the implementation of cultural and professional communication. The use of videos in the classroom allows teacher to solve the urgent problems of learning and teaching. First, while watching videos, students have the opportunity to hear real speech from native speakers. Secondly, videos allow students to see with their own eyes what we talk about in class, read in texts and dialogues. When watching video films, students can learn more about the country of the target language. Moreover, the use of videos in the classroom contributes to the individualization of learning process and the development of motivation for the speech activity of students. The use of video materials in the classroom helps to improve the quality of knowledge, as it allows teacher to involve such types of communication activities as listening, speaking, reading and writing. In addition, video presentation can be justified psychologically: after all, it is through the organs of sight and hearing that a person receives the bulk of information about the world around him.
