Спорт як засіб фізичної реабілітаціїї пацієнтів після трансплантації органів

Abstract

Стаття присвячена стану проблеми трансплантології, післяопераційної фізичної реабілітації та досвіду українських пацієнтів з донорськими органами у спорті - участь спортсменів- реципієнтів в турнірі з міні-футболу в Республіці Беларусь у жовтні 2019 року. Систематизовано основні підходи до реабілітації після трансплантації органів хворим.

Статья посвящена состоянию проблемы трансплантологии, послеоперационной физической реабилитации и опыту украинских пациентов с донорскими органами в спорте – участие реципиентов в турнире по мини-футболу в Республике Беларусь в октябре 2019 г. Систематизированы основные подходи к реабилитации после трансплантации органов пациентам.

This article is devoted to the status of the problem of transplantology, postoperative physical rehabilitation and the experience of Ukrainian patients with donor organs in sports - the participation of recipients in the futsal tournament in the Republic of Belarus in October 2019. The basic approaches to rehabilitation of transplantation are systematized. The use of sports activities as a method of rehabilitation of patients after organ transplantation is possible in the long-term rehabilitation period in the absence of contraindications. At the same time Sports games among people after transplantation are held with the aim of: • raising public awareness of organ donation and transplantation; • promotion of physical culture and sports among people after transplantation as an important factor in shaping a healthy lifestyle, social, psychological and physical rehabilitation of persons with disabilities; • the development of physical culture and mass sports among people who have undergone organ transplantation; • preparing a sports reserve and improving the athletic skills of people who have undergone organ transplantation; • formation and staffing of the Ukrainian national team for sports after transplantation for preparation and participation in international competitions. Post-operative rehabilitation of the recipients who underwent surgery for donor organ transplantation is a complex of medical and social measures aimed at quick and qualitative restoration of the patient's health, labor and psychological status. Regular exercise helps to reduce the risk of hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, and improve the overall quality of life of patients after organ transplantation. The use of sports activities, as a method of rehabilitation of patients after organ transplantation, is possible in the long-term rehabilitation period in the absence of contraindications. Given that their use in case patients is almost unknown, further development of these issues is a promising area of practical and scientific and methodological research.
