Організаційно-педагогічні аспекти наукової діяльності закладу вищої освіти

Abstract

Висвітлено організаційний аспект наукової діяльності, яка трактується як гуманітарна, багатоваріантна, нелінійна синергетична система у структурі закладу вищої освіти. Виявлено, що з огляду на особливості закладу освіти, перевантаженість педагогів навчальною практикою наукова діяльність викладацько-професорського складу часто стає формальною. Виокремлено основні тенденції розвитку наукової діяльності закладу вищої освіти: відродження роботи наукових товариств; налагодження співпраці професорсько-викладацького штату закладу вищої освіти з такими структурами, як: громадські організації, культурно-освітні заклади, бізнес-структури тощо; організація активного розгляду результатів наукових пошуків; активізація міжнародного взаємозв’язку, співпраця з іншими освітніми закладами тощо. Визначено ознаки наукової діяльності закладу вищої освіти: пряма участь учасників процесу навчання в науково-дослідній діяльності; взаємний вплив наукового й навчального процесів у закладі вищої освіти; цілісність галузевих і педагогічних знань науково-педагогічного працівника; забезпечення підвищення кваліфікації кадрів та організація науково-дослідної роботи викладачів і студентів; оптимізація співвідношення наукової та навчальної роботи персоналу; наукові, науково-практичні, науково-методичні семінари, конференції; спільна наукова й навчальна діяльність педагогів і студентів; колективна діяльність штату вищої школи з бізнес-структурами тощо. Водночас організацією наукової діяльності передбачено виокремлення одного або кількох наукових напрямів, які розвиває кафедра, та їхню детальну характеристику. Основна форма організації наукової діяльності закладу вищої освіти – наукові проєкти, класифіковані за рівнем і структурою досліджуваних проблем, складом учасників, типом замовника, способом фінансування, часом виконання тощо. Результативною організацією наукової діяльності закладу вищої освіти передбачено формування наукових колективів, спроможних вирішувати актуальні наукові проблеми і, враховуючи вкладені в цю діяльність засоби, забезпечення бажаного результату. Визначено сутність нового підходу до організації наукової діяльності, що передбачає орієнтацію не на зовнішнє, а на внутрішнє, на іманентно властиве конкретному середовищу.

The article highlights the organizational aspect of scientific activity, which is interpreted as a humanitarian, multivariate, nonlinear synergetic system in the structure of higher education. It has been found out that due to the peculiarities of the educational institution, the overload of teachers with educational practice, the scientific activity of the teaching staff often becomes formal. The main trends in the development of scientific activities of higher education institutions have been identified as follows: the revival of scientific societies; establishing cooperation of the teaching staff of higher education institutions with such structures as: public organizations, cultural and educational institutions, business structures, etc .; active consideration of the scientific research results; intensification of international communication, cooperation with other educational institutions, etc. The main indications of scientific activity of higher education institution have been determined as follows: direct participation in the research activity; mutual influence of scientific and educational processes in the institution of higher education; integrity of branch and pedagogical knowledge of the scientific and pedagogical worker; providing advanced training and organization of teachers and students’ research work; optimization of the ratio of scientific and educational work of the staff; scientific, practical and methodical seminars and conferences; joint scientific and educational activities of teachers and students; interaction and cooperation of the staff of higher education institution with business structures, etc. At the same time, the organization of scientific activity predetermines the defining of one or more scientific areas developed by the department, and their detailed characteristics. The main form of organization of scientific activity of a higher education institution is scientific projects, classified according to the level and structure of the researched problems, participants, type of customer, method of financing, time of execution, etc. The effective organization of scientific activity of higher education institution provides for the formation of scientific teams capable of solving current scientific problems and, taking into account the funds invested in this activity as well as ensuring the desired result. The essence of a new approach to the organization of scientific activity has been determined, and it provides for the orientation not on the external, but on the internal issues, peculiar to a particular environment.
