Інноваційні аспекти викладання іноземної мови для майбутніх юристів в умовах змішаного навчання

Abstract

Сучасне суспільство вимагає конкурентоздатних фахівців, здатних спілкуватися професійною іноземною мовою за своєю спеціальністю. Знання іноземної мови забезпечує підвищення рівня професійної компетенції фахівця, зокрема майбутніх юристів. Стаття присвячена актуальній проблемі застосування моделі змішаного навчання у викладанні іноземної мови майбутнім юристам, обґрунтовано її затребуваність і ефективність у вивченні іноземної мови в сучасному освітньому просторі з метою досягнення студентами професійних і особистісних успіхів. У статті проаналізовано сучасні методи професійно спрямованого іншомовного навчання, в основі яких є дослідження у сфері методики викладання іноземних мов, а також сучасні комп’ютерні розробки. Справжній міждисциплінарний підхід до розробки інноваційних аспектів викладання іноземних мов спеціальності істотно підвищує рівень іншомовної компетенції майбутніх юристів в їхньому професійному дискурсі, ефективними способами реалізації якого є інноваційні освітні технології (кейс-метод, ситуативно-рольові ігри, робота з іншомовними медіатекстами), а також змішане навчання (організація студентських Інтернет-конференцій, використання відео тощо). Основною рисою змішаного навчання визначено його міждисциплінарність, що висуває особливі вимоги до викладачів іноземної мови, яким для успішного його використання на заняттях необхідно поєднувати лінгвістичні знання зі знаннями у сфері інноваційних інформаційних технологій. Зазначається необхідність професійно зорієнтованого підходу у взаємопов’язаному навчанні всіх видів мовленнєвої діяльності. Аналізується прикладне значення іноземної мови для майбутніх юристів. Встановлено, що використання змішаного навчання забезпечує ефективне засвоєння лексико-граматичних структур майбутніми юристами в контексті професійного дискурсу, дає змогу збільшити частку самостійної мотивованої освіти студентів за істотної економії відведених немовними ЗВО навчальних годин для вивчення іноземної мови спеціальності.

The article deals with to the topical problem of applying the model of blended learning in foreign language teaching to future lawyers, substantiates its popularity and effectiveness in learning a foreign language in the modern educational space in order to achieve professional and personal success. The article analyses modern methods of professionally-oriented foreign language teaching, which are based on research in the field of methods of teaching foreign languages, as well as modern computer development. The author notes the need for a professionally oriented approach in the interconnected learning of all types of speech activities. The applied significance of a foreign language for future lawyers is analysed. It is established that the use of blended learning provides effective learning of lexical and grammatical structures by future lawyers in the context of professional discourse, allows increasing the share of independent motivated learning with significant savings of hours that non-language higher educational institutions provide for learning a specialized foreign language.
