Формування професійно-комунікативної компетентності студентів немовних закладів вищої освіти в процесі дистанційного навчання під час карантину

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню форм і способів формування професійно-комунікативної компетентності студентів немовних закладів вищої освіти в процесі дистанційного навчання під час карантину. Автори розкривають дефініцію поняття “професійно-комунікативна компетентність студента закладу вищої освіти” як складне інтегративне утворення, що являє собою сукупність професійно-комунікативних знань, умінь і навичок, професійно важливих якостей, забезпечує успішне спілкування в професійній сфері. Крім того, дослідниці підкреслюють провідну роль дистанційного навчання в умовах всеукраїнського карантину, коли інші види навчання є практично неможливими. Визначено переваги й недоліки під час застосування в системі вищої освіти України в умовах всеукраїнського карантину. У статті здійснено спробу проаналізувати використання форм дистанційного навчання на прикладі роботи Державного університету “Житомирська політехніка”. Так, серед засобів дистанційного навчання зазначена робота Освітнього порталу університету, використання електронної пошти викладачів і студентів, мобільних месенджерів (Viber, Telegram, Instagram), проведення вебінарів та онлайн конференцій через використання інтернет-програм (Skype, Zoom, Viber тощо), робота з навчальними онлайн-платформами. Окремо відзначено активізацію роботи закладів вищої освіти, освітніх центрів і професійних студій у напрямі професійного самовдосконалення вчителів і викладачів. Зокрема, розглянута робота Міжнародного освітньо-методичного центру Dinternal Education зі створення професійних вебінарів та онлайн-конференцій. З’ясовано роль навчальних онлайн-платформ (зокрема MyEnglishLab) у дистанційному навчанні.

The article is devoted to the research about forms and methods of the professional-communicative competence formation of students of non-language higher education institutions in the process of distance learning during quarantine. The authors reveal the definition of the concept of “professional-communicative competence of the student of higher education institution” as a complex integrative formation, which is a set of professionally-communicative knowledge, skills, professionally important qualities that ensures successful communication in the professional field. In addition, the researchers emphasize the leading role of distance learning when other types of training are almost impossible. The advantages and disadvantages of its application in the higher education system of Ukraine in the conditions of all-Ukrainian quarantine are identified. The article attempts to analyze the use of forms of distance learning on the example of the work of State University Zhytomyr Polytechnic. Thus, the distance learning tools include the work of Educational Portal of the univerisy, the usage of teachers and students e-mails, mobile messengers (Viber, Telegram, Instagram), conducting webinars and online conferences through the usage of online programs (Skype, Zoom, Viber, etc.), work with online learning platforms. The work of higher education establishments, educational centers and professional studies in the direction of professional self-improvement of teachers was also noted. In particular, the work of the International educational and methodological center Dinternal Education on creation of professional webinars and online conferences was considered. The role of online learning platforms (including MyEnglishLab) in distance learning has been clarified.
