Організаційне забезпечення підготовки бакалаврів із кібербезпеки в умовах освітньо-цифрового середовища

Abstract

Представлено організаційне забезпечення підготовки бакалаврів із кібербезпеки за умов освітньо-цифрового середовища, яке включає в себе концепцію впровадження освітньо-цифрового середовища у процес професійної підготовки бакалаврів із кібербезпеки, положення про науково-методичний центр організації навчального процесу, про порядок проведення моніторингу якості освіти бакалаврів із кібербезпеки та про з навчально-методичне забезпечення освітнього процесу у закладах вищої освіти за умов освітньо-цифрового середовища. Розглянуто більш детально сутність кожного. Визначено, що пріоритетом розвитку освіти є впровадження сучасних інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, які забезпечують удосконалення навчально-виховного процесу бакалаврів із кібербезпеки, доступність та ефективність освіти, підготовку молодого покоління до життєдіяльності в інформаційному суспільстві. Одним із заходів, спрямованих на забезпечення інформатизації освіти, задоволення освітніх інформаційних і комунікаційних потреб учасників освітнього процесу Університету, є створення системи освітньо-цифрового середовища. Зазначено, що моніторинг якості освіти бакалаврів із кібербезпеки за умов освітньо-цифрового середовища проводиться відповідно до таких принципів: систематичності та системності; доцільності; прозорості моніторингових процедур і відкритості; безпеки персональних даних бакалаврів із кібербезпеки; об’єктивності одержання й аналізу інформації під час моніторингу; відповідального ставлення до своєї діяльності суб’єктів, які беруть участь у підготовці та проведенні моніторингу за умов освітньо-цифрового середовища. Доведено, що навчально-методичне забезпечення освітнього процесу у закладах вищої освіти за умов освітньо-цифрового середовища є інтелектуальною власністю викладача (колективу викладачів) і майновою власністю коледжу

The article presents the organizational support for the training of bachelors in cybersecurity in an educational and digital environment. It is noted that the developed organizational support for bachelors in cybersecurity in the educational-digital environment includes the concept of introduction of educational-digital environment in the process of professional training of bachelors in cybersecurity, provisions on the scientific-methodical center of educational process in the educational-digital environment at the university, on the procedure for monitoring the quality of education of bachelors in cybersecurity in the educational-digital environment and on the educational and methodological support of the educational process in higher education institutions in the educational-digital environment. The essence of each is considered in more detail. It is determined that the priority of educational development is the introduction of modern information and communication technologies that improve the educational process of bachelors in cybersecurity, accessibility and effectiveness of education, preparation of the younger generation for life in the information society. One of the measures aimed at ensuring the informatization of education, meeting the educational information and communication needs of participants in the educational pro- cess of the University, is to create a system of educational and digital environment. It is noted that the monitoring of the quality of education of bachelors in cybersecurity in the educational and digital environment is carried out in accordance with the following principles: systematic and systematic; expediency; transparency of monitoring procedures and openness; security of personal data of bachelors in cybersecurity; objectivity of receiving and analyzing information during monitoring in the educational and digital environment; responsible attitude to their activities of entities involved in the preparation and conduct of monitoring in an educational and digital environment. It is proved that the educational and methodological support of the educational process in higher education institutions in the educational and digital environment is the intellectual property of the teacher (team of teachers) and the property of the college.
