Педагогічні умови формування готовності майбутніх викладачів професійного навчання в галузі транспорту до застосування засобів інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій

Abstract

Стаття присвячена проблемам підвищення ефективності системи формування готовності майбутніх викладачів професійного навчання в галузі транспорту до застосування ІКТ в професійній діяльності. Означено ключові завдання сучасної педагогічної освіти в підготовці фахівців, зміст фахової підготовки інженерів-педагогів у галузі транспорту до застосування ІКТ в процесі навчання та майбутній професійній діяльності, який має спрямовуватися на формування навичок самостійної навчально-пізнавальної діяльності студентів. Класифіковано педагогічні умови за такими основними ознаками: за середовищем впливу на педагогічну систему (явища, процеси); за характером впливу на педагогічну систему (явища, процеси); за особливостями об’єкта впливу на педагогічну систему (явища, процеси). Визначено, що для підвищення ефективності процесу професійної підготовки майбутніх інженерів-педагогів у галузі транспорту необхідний комплекс організаційно-педагогічних умов, які враховують структурно-функціональні особливості запропонованої системи формування готовності студентів до застосування ІКТ в професійній діяльності, підвищують якість і результативність освітнього процесу. В основу організаційно-педагогічних умов мають бути покладені такі основні чинники: соціально-економічний, ціннісно-орієнтаційний (особистісний), організаційно-педагогічний. Виокремлено такі основні організаційно-педагогічні умови ефективного формування готовності майбутніх викладачів професійного навчання в галузі транспорту до застосування ІКТ в професійній діяльності: 1) актуалізацію суб’єктної позиції студентів у процесі формування готовності до застосування ІКТ; 2) забезпечення гнучкості управління й самоуправління начально-пізнавальною діяльністю студентів у процесі формування готовності до застосування ІКТ в майбутній професійній діяльності; 3) періодичне оновлення змісту професійно-інформатичної підготовки студентів; 4) стимулювання самостійної навчально-пізнавальної діяльності студентів, пов’язаної з використанням ІКТ.

The article is devoted to the problems of increasing the efficiency of the system of future instructors` readiness for professional training in the field of transport for the application of ICT in their professional activity. The key tasks of modern pedagogical education in the training of specialists are determined. The content of the professional training of educational engineers in the field of transport for the use of ICT in the learning process and future professional activity, which should be directed to the formation of students' independent educational activities, is defined. Pedagogical conditions are classified according to the following main features such as the environment of influence on the pedagogical system (phenomena, processes), the nature of influence on the pedagogical system (phenomena, processes), the peculiarities of the object of influence on the pedagogical system (phenomena, processes). It is determined that a complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions, which takes into account the structural and functional features of the proposed system of forming students' readiness for the use of ICT in professional activity and improves the quality and efficiency of the educational process to increase the efficiency of the process of professional training of future educational engineers in the field of transport is necessary. The following basic factors should be based on such organizational and pedagogical conditions as social and economic, value-oriented (personal) and organizational and pedagogical. The following basic organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effective formation of the readiness of future teachers of vocational training in the field of transport to use ICT in professional activity are distinguished: 1) actualization of the subjective position of students in the process of forming readiness for the use of ICT; 2) ensuring flexibility of management and self-management of students' initial cognitive activity in the process of forming readiness for the use of ICT in future professional activity; 3) periodic updating of the content of professional training of students; 4) promotion of students' independent educational and cognitive activity related to the use of ICT.
