Взаємозв’язок техніки другого попереднього обертання молоту з технікою першого обертання з молотом у кваліфікованих метальниць

Abstract

У статті представлені результати дослідження взаємозв’язку показників техніки, які мають провідні метальниці молоту, наприкінці другого попереднього обертання молоту із біомеханічними параметрами техніки, які мають метальниці, під час першого обертання з молотом. В ході роботи було виявлено, що на техніку першого обертання з молотом найбільше впливають такі параметрами техніки, які мають спортсменки наприкінці другого попереднього обертання з молотом як: кут в лівому колінному суглобі, кут нахилу тулуба, висота підйому шару молоту, час другого попереднього обертання молоту. Під час технічних тренувань спортсменкам слід намагатися якомога швидше виконувати попередні обертання молоту, слідкувати за кутом в лівому колінному суглобі та кутом нахилу тулуба наприкінці другого попереднього обертання молоту.

В статье представлены результаты исследования взаимосвязи показателей техники ведущих метательниц молота в конце второго предварительного вращения молота с биомеханическими параметрами техники, которые они имеют во время первого вращения с молотом. В ходе работы было выявлено, что на технику первого вращение с молотом наибольшее влияние имеют такие параметры техники, которые имеют спортсмены в конце второго предварительного вращения как: угол в левом коленном суставе, угол наклона туловища, высота подъема шара молота, время второго предварительного вращения молота. Во время технических тренировок спортсменкам следует пытаться как можно быстрее выполнить предварительные вращения молота, следить за углом в левом коленном суставе и углом наклона туловища в конце второго предварительного вращения молота.

Article describes relationship between technique of the second preliminary swings and biomechanical parameters technique of the first turn among elite woman hammer throwers. Research was attending by 8 qualified woman hammer throwers, which was a finalist of the World Championship and European cups, during 2016-2019 years. As result of this research was determined strong correlation between angles in the left knee which had female athletes at the end of the second preliminary swing and such biomechanical parameters at the end firs turn as angles in the left knee r=-0,747, and angles in the left hip joint r=0,733. The correlation coefficient show that if research women hummer throwers have the higher angle in the left knee at the end of the second preliminary swing they will have less angles in the left knee and more angles in the left hip joint at the end first turn. High relationship was observed between angles of the incline torso which had female athletes at the end of the second preliminary swing and time of the first turn with hammer r=-0,787. The correlation coefficient show that if research women hummer throwers have the higher angle of the incline torso at the end of the second preliminary swing they will have less time of the first turn High relationship was observed between height of the hammer female athletes at the end of the second preliminary swing and time of the first turn with hammer r=0,737. It show that if research women hummer throwers have the higher height of the hammer at the end of the second preliminary swing they will have more time of the first turn. High relationship was observed between time of the second preliminary swing and time of the first turn with hammer r=0,712. It show that if research women hummer throwers do faster second preliminary swing they will have less time of the first turn. During research was established that at the techniques training female athletes she should try faster do preliminary swing, look after angle in the left knee and angles of the incline torso at the end of the second preliminary swing.
