Доповнено і розширено дані про оцінку рівня здоров'я студентської молоді за показниками біологічного віку, що відображає ступінь «вікового зносу» морфофункціональних структур в організмі людини за одиницю біологічного часу.
Updated and expanded data on the health assessment of students on indicators of biological age, reflecting the degree of "secular deterioration" morphological structures in the body per unit of biological time. In the course of these studies found that the assessment of the health of students on indicators of biological age is relevant, as well as common method to study the effectiveness of any fitness activities. Evaluation of health students on indicators of biological age made in the process of ascertaining pedagogical experiment using ambulatory technique, which involves calculating biological age using a regression equation based on indicators of the different anatomical and physiological systems of the human body: blood pressure pulse (for women) and systolic blood pressure (for men) characterize the cardiovascular system; weight (for women) describes somatotype; breath holding (for men) describes the functional state of the respiratory system; subjective health assessment index reflects the patterns that lead to the inevitability of disease and death; indicator "static balancing" has a complex anatomical and physiological basis, as well as includes information about the musculoskeletal system, the state of the neurophysiological mechanisms of regulation and stabilization of posture, psychological setting for best results and more. Thus, the resulting distribution of students according to the established level health indicators of biological age as follows. Established that the first level of care - the slow pace of aging observed in 6.38% of the students, the second level of health, that the average rate of aging - at 17.02%, the third level of care - matching biological age calendar age 19.15% registered in the fourth level of care - accelerated pace of aging - at 34.04%, the fifth level of health - rapid aging - at 23.40%. Prospects for further research is to continue to assess the level of health indicators of biological age students of the State University "National Mining University".
