Формування цінності здоров’я у студентів вищих педагогічних навчальних закладів

Abstract

It is marked in the article, that the results of forming of value of health for students it is been their valuable biological and social adaptation to the terms of life, which constantly will be replaced, integration in practical vital functions, maximal selfexpression of individuality of personality and active vital functions. In modern times the problem of preservation and strengthening of health of students is one of the leading places in the system of social values and priorities of society. Beauty young man, as an indicator of social progress and a reflection of the socioeconomic welfare of the country, shows the social and economic potential of society. Formation of the value of health in students of higher educational institutions allow awareness of the need to strengthen, preserve and restore health, understanding their own actions, internal states and feelings developments on this basis health savings beliefs and attitudes oriented active sports and recreational activities. High performance forming in students the value of health is achieved with the active use of innovative technologies, including information and communication technologies in the sports and recreational activities of constructive interaction between teachers and students, students of life phased correction by means of physical culture. Prospects for further research seen in the development of guidelines on the formation of the value of health in students of higher educational institutions. In modern times the problem of preservation and strengthening of health of students is one of the leading places in the system of social values and priorities of society.

У статті зазначено, що результатами формування цінності здоров’я у студентів є їх повноцінна біологічна і соціальна адаптація до умов життя, що постійно зміняються, інтеграція в практичну життєдіяльність, максимальне самовираження індивідуальності особистості та активна життєдіяльність. У контексті цього основним завданням вищої школи є професійна підготовка майбутніх фахівців, підготовлених будувати новий соціум і жити в ньому, орієнтуватися на нові життєві цінності, серед яких однією з головних виступає усвідомлення соціальної та особистісної цінності здоров’я. Важливою особистісно-психологічною властивістю, що припускає наявність стійкого, мотивованого інтересу студентів до підтримки і зміцнення здоров’я, є усвідомлена оцінка соціального і особистісного значення здоров'я. При цьому соціально значущі цілі взаємодіють з особистісними намірами і мотивами, супроводжують напрацювання особистісної позиції стосовно власного здоров’я та активізують процес фізкультурно-оздоровчої діяльності.
