Актуалізація змістових засад підготовки вчителів для шкіл національних меншин в умовах сучасного поліетнічного середовища

Abstract

Зроблено пошук ефективних шляхів задоволення культурно-освітніх потреб національних меншин у галузі професійної педагогічної освіти в умовах сучасного поліетнічного середовища. У цьому зв’язку наголошено, що особливо гостро питання збереження й використання мови як засобу національної самоідентифікації постає перед національними меншинами, що проживають в умовах багатонаціонального суспільного середовища України. З огляду на це особливого значення набуває історичний досвід та осмислення процесів, пов’язаних з національно-культурним будівництвом 20–30-х років ХХ століття. Саме в цей період були створені оптимальні умови для задоволення національних культурно-освітніх потреб різних національних меншин, у тому числі в галузі професійної педагогічної освіти. У дослідженні особливу увагу приділено розгляду питання використання досвіду змістових і процесуальних засад підготовки педагогічних кадрів для шкіл національних меншин. Представлено аналіз набутого досвіду підготовки вчителів для кадрового забезпечення шкіл національних меншин в Україні в 20–30-х роках ХХ століття. Проаналізовано досвід змістових засад підготовки вчителів для шкіл національних меншин в 20–30-х років ХХ століття з змістовими характеристиками підготовки вчителів для шкіл національних меншин на сучасному етапі розвитку поліетнічного суспільства. Доведено, що звернення до досвіду підготовки національних педкадрів в Україні в 20–30-х роках ХХ століття і актуалізація його у сучасних умовах має суттєве значення для осмислення і пошуку шляхів ефективного розвитку сучасного поліетнічного освітнього середовища та підготовки кваліфікованих педагогічних кадрів для шкіл національних меншин.

The article highlights the search for effective ways of satisfying the cultural and educational needs of national minorities in the field of teachers’ training in the modern multiethnic environment. In this regard, it is emphasized that the issue of preserving and using the language as a means of national self-identification is particularly urgent among national minorities living in Ukraine’s multinational social environment. In this connection, historical experience and understanding of the processes connected with the national and cultural construction of the 1920s and 1930s become especially important. During this period favorable conditions were created to satisfy the cultural and educational needs of different national minorities, including in the field of teachers’ training. The study pays special attention to consideration of the ways of using the experience of the content and procedure aspects of teachers’ training for schools of national minorities. The analysis of the acquired experience of teachers’ training for schools of national minorities in Ukraine in the 20-30s of the 20-th century is presented. The experience of the content fundamentals of teachers’ training for schools of national minorities in the 20-30s of the 20-th century with the content characteristics of teachers’ training for schools of national minorities at the present stage of the development of a polyethnic society is analyzed. It is proved that the appeal to the experience of teachers’ training for schools of national minorities in Ukraine in the 20-30s of the 20-th century and its actualization in the present conditions is essential for understanding and finding ways to effective development of a modern multiethnic educational environment and for training qualified teaching staff for schools of national minorities.
