Практика використання фізкультурно-оздоровчих технологій в умовах навчального закладу

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано й узагальнено практичний досвід вчителів фізичної культури та наукові дослідження вчених з використання фізкультурно-оздоровчих технологій у сучасній школі, які дозволять ефективно і цілеспрямовано проводити з учнями фізкультурно-оздоровчу роботу, застосовувати різні форми і методи фізичного виховання та сприятимуть формуванню у школярів стійкої мотивації до здорового способу життя.

В статье проанализированы и обобщены практический опыт учителей физической культуры и научные исследования ученых по использованию физкультурно-оздоровительных технологий в современной школе, которые позволят эффективно и целенаправленно проводить с учениками физкультурно-оздоровительную работу, применять различные формы и методы физического воспитания и способствовать формированию у школьников устойчивой мотивации к здоровому образу жизни.

This article is devoted to the problem of the finding effective ways of perfection of athletic-health work intensification at general school. Exactly during studies at school it is important to teach a child to care of the health, form for him setting on his support. The real state of health of citizens testifies that careless attitude toward a health takes place both among an adult population and among children. A crisis situation is obvious in the health of children, therefore on the modern stage of development of society of Ukraine problem of active social orientation of the healthy lifestyle in young generation, strengthening of health in connection with the decline of stake of healthy children finds the clear embodiment in legislative educational acts. A decision in educational establishments of a mark problem depends on introduction of the new going near organization of health work. In this context the use of athletic-health technologies in the system of school education envisages considerable possibilities in forming of the healthy lifestyle in children, is the important providing of valuable development of children and young people, strengthening of their health. In the article practical experience of teachers of physical culture and scientific researches of scientists are analysed and generalized on the use of athletic-health technologies at modern school. It is well-proven that exactly the complex, system going near the use of athletic-health technologies will assist an improvement at the indexes of students of both physical and mental development, to the increase of data of motive preparedness, timely removal of mental tiredness and improvement of progress of schoolchildren. It is certain that the use of athletic-health technologies in the process of educating of schoolchildren acquires efficiency, if they are adapted to the terms of educational establishment and basis of their maintenance is made by facilities of physical culture as accessible and optimal terms of forming and maintenance of health of personality. The indicated going near the use of athletic-health technologies will allow effectively and purposefully to conduct athletic-health work with schoolchildren, apply different forms and methods of physical education, to establish the dynamics of development of changes in the indexes of health of schoolchildren, their physical development and physical conditioning.
