Модель формування здорового способу життя студентів у процесі фізичного виховання

Abstract

У статті висвітлено обґрунтування та розроблено модель формування здорового способу життя студентів, яка характеризується цілісністю й динамічністю. Аналіз та узагальнення результатів дослідження дали змогу визначити основні педагогічні умови формування здорового способу життя студентів. Показано, що запропоновані умови практичної реалізації, використання необхідних методик, засобів та прийомів навчальної діяльності дають змогу інтегруватися розробленій моделі в сучасні умови вищої освіти.

В статье освещены обоснования и разработана модель формирования здорового образа жизни студентов, характеризующейся целостностью и динамичностью. Анализ и обобщение результатов исследования позволили определить основные педагогические условия формирования здорового образа жизни студентов. Показано, что предложенные условия практической реализации, использование необходимых методик, средств и приемов учебной деятельности позволяют интегрироваться разработанной модели в современные условия высшего образования.

In the article is lighted foundation and developed the model of the formation of the healthy lifestyle of students, which is characterized by integrity and dynamism. The analysis and generalization of the results of the research gave the opportunity to identify the main pedagogical conditions of the formation of the healthy lifestyle of students. It was showed that the proposed conditions of practical realization, the usage of the necessary methods, means and ways of educational activity gave the possibility this designed model to be integrated into the current conditions of the higher education. The aim of the research – substantiates and develops the model of formation of students’ healthy lifestyle in the process of physical education. We consider that realization of the offered model with all reasonable stages will assist the efficiency increase of forming the valued attitude towards the students’ health. Thus, the introduction of this model in the higher educational establishment through the realization of pedagogical terms, stages, determination of aim, forms with active cooperation of a teacher and a student, of methods, maintenance of education will orient a student on the healthy lifestyle and this orientation in its turn will assist the solving of the problem of nation health in general. The prospect of further research involves the development of forms, methods, means of realization each of the defined stages and experimental verification of the model of forming the valued attitude towards the students’ health.
