"Нозологічний портрет” студентів спеціальної медичної групи

Abstract

В статті здійснено аналіз актів медичного обстеження студентів ДДПУ імені Івана Франка. Основна увага зосереджена на визначенні структури поширеності захворювань серед студентської молоді за всіма класами хвороб. Подаються результати захворюваності студентів з першого по п’ятий курси.

В статье осуществлен анализ актов медицинского обследования студентов ДГПУ имени Ивана Франко. Основное внимание сосредоточено на определении структуры распространенности заболеваний среди студенческой молодежи по всем классам болезней. Представлены результаты заболеваемости студентов с первого по пятый курсы.

In the article it’s made the analysis of the acts of the medical examination of students of Drohobych state pedagogical university named after Ivan Franko. Numerous data indicate that in recent years has dramatically decreased the level of health school graduates, which annually join the ranks of the student youth. Every year in higher education institutions come from 30 to 50% of the students who for health reasons are sent in special medical groups. The problem is complicated by the fact that almost 60 % of them have diseases of two or even three systems of the body simultaneously, that, in its turn, can lead to the loss of future opportunities to work on the chosen specialty. Main attention is focuses on identifying of patterns in the prevalence of diseases among student youth in all disease classes. Because according to the Ministry of protection health of Ukraine in the structure of disease prevalence on disease classes among students today, first place is occupied by diseases of the circulatory system – 29,7 %, second place – respiratory diseases – 19,9 %, and in third place diseases of the digestive system – 9,7 %, the fourth – diseases of the musculoskeletal system – 5,6 %. In dynamics over the last five years one can observe a tendency of growth of most classes of diseases among students. Thus, in comparison with the previous year, the overall incidence has increased by 1,2 %, diseases of the circulatory system – 3%, diseases of the digestive system – by 2,2 %, diseases of the genitourinary system – 2,2 %. It is presents the results of the incidence of students from the first to fifth courses. Picture of the incidence of student youth is very similar in all courses. Among future professionals who have deviations in health state, dominate eye diseases (from 30 to 50 %). The second and the third place are occupied by diseases of the cardiovascular system (9 – 26 %) and musculoskeletal system (12 – 25 %), on the fourth – diseases of ENT organs (4 – 11 %).
