Проведені дослідження стану здоров’я населення в зв’язку із впливом різних факторів, які проводились в нашій країні та за кордоном до цього часу, переконливо довели, що забруднення навколишнього середовища та умови життєдіяльності несприятливо впливають на здоров’я населення. Важливе гігієнічне значення має стан повітряного середовища при м’язовій діяльності, у тому числі і при заняттях фізичними вправами, що пов’язано зі збільшенням легеневої вентиляції, великим теплоутворенням тощо.
Проведенные исследования состояния здоровья населения в связи из влиянием разных факторов, которые проводились в нашей стране и за рубежом до этого времени, убедительно доказали, что загрязнения окружающей среды и условия жизнедеятельности неблагоприятно влияют на здоровье население. Важное гигиеническое значение имеет состояние воздушной среды при мышечной деятельности, в том числе и при занятиях физическими упражнениями, что связано с увеличением легочной вентиляции, большим теплообразованием и тому подобное.
It has been shown that the physical exercise is important hygienic importance condition of air, which is associated with an increase in pulmonary ventilation. A determination of the contribution of the main pollutants of air settlements of Ukraine on the prevalence of diseases of the cardiovascular system with the criterion is not carcinogenic risk based on national reports on the state of the environment in Ukraine. Hazard indices 11 substances pollute the air (nitrogen dioxide, formaldehyde, phenol, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen fluoride, hydrogen chloride, suspended matter, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, carbon monoxide, ammonia) in air was calculated based on the study of the average concentration content. Hazard index calculation was performed taking into account the critical organs and systems are affected by the test substances. Our calculation of indices dangers of these substances in the air showed that the largest contribution to the development of no carcinogenic effects (hazard ratio greater than 1) in people with hydrogen chloride, formaldehyde, suspended matter and dioxin nitrogen. Among the pollutants of air, substances that influence the development of cardiovascular system isolated phenol and carbon monoxide, which is the total HI 1.23 . It is necessary to expand the range of these substances in the air, taking into account emissions from road transport. In determining the concentration of suspended solids (dust) is required to detail their chemical contents.
