Духовність як передумова формування академічної доброчесності суб’єктів освітніх відносин у закладі вищої освіти

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of the academic integrity formation of the main legal educational subjects of higher education institutions. The higher education institution is considered as an active participant in social relations and as the main centre where personality fully develops and which tasks are the maintaining and enhancing of moral, cultural, scientific values, society achievements, etc. The comprehensive analysis of the concept of academic integrity is made. The meaning of the academic integrity violation is determined. The importance of adhering to the academic integrity standards that is required of teachingscientific staff and higher education applicants is emphasized, particularly in order to establish the credibility of higher education institutions and to assure the rightness and honesty of the main educational relations participants. The views of prominent figures of the present and the past regarding the essence of man as primarily a spiritual person are enlightened. The study of the essence of the spirituality concept is analyzed. The need for the formation of spirituality, especially for the participants of the educational and training process of the higher education institution is shown. The essence and specificity of the subjects of educational relations in higher education institutions are determined. The basic requirements for applicants for the positions of teaching-scientific staff are clarified. The basic legal and regulatory instruments relating to the existence of standards and rules that deal with the spirituality issues and adherence to the principles of academic integrity in the educational process are described. During the study, the importance of strengthening the standards of the moral and spiritual qualities of the higher education teaching-scientific staff as of the main organizer of the educational process was revealed. The need for cooperation of all interested participants (such as media, public representatives, statesmen, etc.) for overcoming academic integrity violation in higher education institutions and for increasing the level of spirituality in society in general and particularly of the subjects of educational process was also identified.

Стаття присвячена проблемі формування академічної доброчесності основних суб’єктів освітніх правовідносин у закладі вищої освіти. Розглянуто заклад вищої освіти як активного учасника суспільних відносин та одного з провідних центрів формування всебічного розвитку особистості, одними з основних завдань яких є збереження та примноження моральних, культурних, наукових цінностей і досягнень суспільства тощо. Зроблено всебічний аналіз поняття «академічна доброчесність». Визначено, що є порушенням академічної доброчесності. Висвітлено важливість дотримання стандартів академічної доброчесності науково-педагогічними працівниками та здобувачами вищої освіти, зокрема, з метою забезпечення довіри до закладів вищої освіти взагалі, а також упевненості в чесності та правоті основних учасників освітніх відносин. Розглянуто погляди видатних діячів сучасності та минулого щодо сутності людини як, перш за все, духовної особи. Проаналізовано дослідження щодо сутності поняття «духовність». Показано затребуваність формування духовності, перш за все, учасників навчально-виховного процесу закладу вищої освіти. Визначено сутність і специфіку суб’єктів освітніх відносин у закладах вищої освіти. З’ясовано основні вимоги щодо претендентів на посади науково-педагогічних працівників. Охарактеризовано нормативно-правові акти, що регулюють діяльність закладів вищої освіти щодо наявності норм і правил, присвячених питанням духовності та дотриманню принципів академічної доброчесності в освітньому процесі. Під час дослідження було виявлено важливість посилення стандартів щодо морально-духовних якостей науковопедагогічного працівника вищої школи як основного організатора освітнього процесу, необхідність у взаємодії всіх зацікавлених (ЗМІ, представників громадськості, державних діячів тощо) щодо подолання академічної недоброчесності в закладах вищої освіти, а також підвищення рівня духовності в суспільстві взагалі та суб’єктів освітнього процесу зокрема.
