«Репресовані» та «реабілітовані» підручники з колекції Наукової бібліотеки НПУ ім. М. П. Драгоманова

Abstract

У статті досліджено "репресовані" за радянської доби та "реабілітовані" нині підручники української діаспори з колекції "Реабілітована література" Наукової бібліотеки (НБ) Національного педагогічного університету імені М. П. Драгоманова (НПУ ім. М. П. Драгоманова). Зосереджено увагу на елементах змісту, котрі цензура розцінювала як антирадянську пропаганду, що й зумовило "арешт" книг. З'ясовано, що представники діаспори сприймали підручник як спосіб передавання на Батьківщину заборонених цензурою меседжів патріотичного спрямування. Про це опосередковано свідчать, по-перше, факт ввезення таких книг в УРСР, по-друге, наявні підкреслення "крамольних" фрагментів, які міг зробити цензор, по-третє, невиправдане з методичного погляду чергування політично нейтральних текстів та яскраво пропагандистських й контрпропагандистських частин. Національно-визвольні мотиви виявлено в таких частинах навчальних книг: тексти та коментарі, написані авторами-укладачами; твори заборонених у СРСР письменників, що містять заклики до визволення поневоленої України; приклади до наведених правил; мовознавчі дискусії, в яких є згадки про заборонених у Союзі науковців (наприклад, О. Синявського та Ю. Шевельова) чи аргументи проти "зросійщення" українських мовних традицій. Найпоширеніші мотиви національно-визвольного спрямування в аналізованих виданнях такі: розкриття фактів більшовицького терору в радянській Україні; наведення прикладів боротьби українських націоналістів проти німців і росіян; заклики до звільнення України; сподівання на щасливе майбутнє України; туга вимушених емігрантів за Батьківщиною; уславлення видатних діячів і героїв України, яких визнавали самостійники й заперечувала радянська влада; заклики берегти національні традиції, честь і мову.

The article describes "repressed" in Soviet times and "rehabilitated" the textbooks of the Ukrainian Diaspora from the collection "Rehabilitated Literature" of the Scientific Library of the NPU named after M. P. Drahomanov. The attention was focused on elements of content that could or could be regarded by censors as anti-Soviet propaganda and have caused, respectively, "arrest" of these books. It was demonstrated that the textbook was perceived by representatives of the diaspora, including as a method of transmitting patriotic messages that were banned by the censorship to their homeland. This is indirectly indicated, firstly, by the very fact of the importation of such books into the Soviet Ukraine, secondly, the existing underlining of "seditious" fragments that could have been made by the censor, thirdly, it is unjustifiable from the methodological point of view of the alternation of politically neutral texts and clearly propagandistic and counter-propaganda fragments. National liberation motives are found in the following parts of the textbooks: texts and comments written by the authors themselves; works of writers prohibited in the USSR and works of classics of literature containing calls for the liberation of enslaved Ukraine; examples of the above rules; linguistic discussions containing references to scientists banned in the Union (for example, A. Sinyavsky and Y. Shevelev) or arguments against the "Russification" of Ukrainian language traditions. The most common motives of the national liberation movement in the analyzed educational publications are: the disclosure of the facts of the Bolshevik terror in Soviet Ukraine; a reference to the facts of the struggle of Ukrainian nationalists against the Germans and the Russians; calls for the liberation of Ukraine; hopes for a happy future for Ukraine; longing of forced emigrants for their homeland; the glorification of prominent figures and heroes of Ukraine, who were recognized as "independent supporters" and were not recognized by the Soviet authorities; calls to preserve national traditions, honor and language.
