що підготовка студентської молоді до професійної діяльності в демократичному суспільстві передбачає впровадження в освітній процес активних форм, методів, умов, що сприяють формуванню професійної позиції. Розглянуто процес
створення демократичного виховуючого середовища медичного коледжу як складної системи зв’язків і взаємодії, що включає взаємодію студента і викладача, міжособистісну взаємодію на рівні студентського колективу, взаємодію студентів
навчального закладу, викладачів, адміністрації, батьків на загальноколеджному рівні. Встановлено, що навчальний заклад, організований як відкрита виховна система, містить значний виховний потенціал, надаючи змогу усім суб’єктам студентської спільноти набувати досвіду професійного розвитку, демократичних відносин, громадянської поведінки та дії.
The article deals with the theoretical issues of creating a democratic educational environment for a medical college as one of the conditions for the formation of the professional position of a future medical professional in the process of professional training. It is determined that the preparation of student youth for professional activity in a democratic society involves the introduction of active forms, methods and conditions conducive to the formation of a professional position in the educational process. The process of creating a democratic educational environment for a medical college is considered as a complex system of relationships and interaction, which includes the interaction of a student and a teacher; interpersonal interaction at the level of the student collective; interaction of students of the educational institution, teachers, administration, parents at the general education level. It was established that an educational institution organized as an open educational system contains a significant educational potential, enabling all students of the student community to gain experience in professional development, democratic relations, national behavior and action.
