Остеопатичні техніки у фізичній реабілітації жінок з цервікалгією

Abstract

Проведено огляд літературних джерел з питання фізичної реабілітації жінок хворих на цервікалгію. Окреслена постановка проблеми дослідження, надано аналіз останніх публікацій провідних фахівців в галузі фізичної реабілітації з окресленого питання. Розглянуто застосування остеопатичних технік, гімнастики К. Левіта, кінезіотейпування, лікувального масажу та фізіотерапії у відновленні жінок з цервікалгіями. Метою роботи є розробка та оцінка ефективності програми при цервікалгіях у жінок. За результатами візуально-аналогової шкали болю у жінок з цервікалгіями інтенсивність больових відчуттів до фізичної реабілітації в ОГ була оцінена – x = 6,9 балів (S=1,6 балів), в КГ– x = 6,8 балів (S=1,7 балів) (p>0,05), через 8 днів після фізичної реабілітації в ОГ склали – x = 3,3 балів (S=0,8 балів), в КГ– x = 5,4 балів (S=1,2 балів) (p<0,05).

Cervical syndrome refers to all pathological clinical manifestations that are associated with functional disorders and degenerative changes in the cervical segments. In its turn this is accompanied by a limitation of the mobility of the cervical spine, increased tension of the muscles of the shoulder girdle and neck, and sometimes root signs of lesions of the upper extremities, as well as vegetative manifestations. A review of the literature on the subject has been carried out. The problem statement of the research is outlined, the latest publications of leading experts in the field of physical rehabilitation are analyzed. The purpose of this work is to develop and determine the effectiveness of the program of osteopathic techniques in the complex of physical rehabilitation for women with cervical disease. A comprehensive program of physical rehabilitation of women with cervical cancer with osteopathic techniques on sparing, sparing-training and training regimens has been developed. The application of osteopathic techniques, K. Levitus gymnastics, kinesiotherapy, therapeutic massage and physiotherapy in the recovery of women with cervical disease are considered. The article discusses the peculiarities and benefits of kinesio tapingin the acute stage, the use of the type of tapes - ligament-tendon correction. The use of osteopathic techniques at the subacute stage significantly improved functionality in the cervical spine and reduced muscle spasm. The use of stretching of the occipital muscles has helped to eliminate the spasm of these muscles and increase vascular drainage in this area. According to the results of the visual-analogue scale of pain in women with cervical pain, the intensity of pain sensations for physical rehabilitation in OG was estimated – x = 6.9 points (S = 1.6 points), in CG – x = 6.8 points (S = 1.7 points) (p> 0.05), 8 days after physical rehabilitation in OG amounted to – x = 3.3 points (S = 0.8 points), in CG – x = 5.4 points (S = 1.2 points) (p <0.05).
