Морфологічний статус дівчаток із церебральним паралічем та без порушень розвитку в 7-10 років

Abstract

Одержано емпіричні дані щодо вияву морфологічних показників у тих самих дівчаток із церебральним паралічем та без порушень розвитку в період 7-10 років. Кількість останніх – 80 осіб, перших – 32, а саме по 8 з кожною із існуючих форм захворювання за класифікацією К. Семенової. Вивчення одержаних даних за допомогою їх порівняння дозволив виявити подібні тенденції та особливості у зміні морфологічних показників, що пов‘язані з віком. Такі дані необхідно враховувати у практичній діяльності, зокрема під час фізичної активності, спрямованої на розвиток фізичних якостей і функціональних показників досліджуваних дівчаток. Передусім це стосується вдосконалення змісту і параметрів навантажень певної спрямованості, враховуючи теорію сенситивних і критичних періодів розвитку організму.

The research deals with data analysis based on the peculiarities of the symptoms and dynamics of morphological indices in girls with cerebral palsy and girls without developmental violations during their schooling. The data of the same girls were used, with the beginning of the study all of them were 7 years old. The number of girls without developmental disorders was 80, with cerebral palsy - 32, out of which 8 - with each of the possible forms of this disease according to the classification of K. Semenova. To obtain empirical data we used anthropometry method and modern equipment, which was certified. The data of girls with cerebral palsy and girls without any developmental abnormalities were compared among themselves. This allowed to reveal similar tendencies in the change of the studied morphological indicators, as well as the features that were caused by the age of girls. The obtained data should be taken into account in practical activities, in particular during physical activity, which involves the development of physical qualities and functional characteristics. First of all, on the basis of the data obtained, it is necessary to coordinate the direction and parameters of physical activity, in particular, to proceed from the provisions on the sensitive periods of the development of the organism in general and physical properties in particular. The obtained data should also be taken into account during the course formation of the adaptive physical training lessons for girls with cerebral palsy. Various forms of lessons and activities should be implemented.
