Інноваційні освітні технології в системі професійної підготовки фізичних терапевтів, ерготерапевтів

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано доцільність, можливості та переваги використання окремих інноваційних освітніх технологій в системі професійної підготовки майбутніх фізичних терапевтів, ерготерапевтів. Розглянуто зміст і сутність поняття «інноваційні освітні технології». Представлено результати анкетування викладачів закладів вищої освіти України щодо переваг у використанні інноваційних освітніх технологій та методів, зокрема інтерактивних методів навчання, в процесі підготовки фахівців з фізичної терапії, ерготерапії. Висвітлено переваги та окремі аспекти реалізації інноваційних освітніх технологій таких, як технологій проектного і проблемного навчання, інтерактивних технологій навчання, в процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх фізичних терапевтів, ерготерапевтів.

В статье обоснована целесообразность, возможности и преимущества использования отдельных инновационных образовательных технологий в системе профессиональной подготовки будущих физических терапевтов, эрготерапевтов. Рассмотрены содержание и сущность понятия «инновационные образовательные технологии». Представлены результаты анкетирования преподавателей высших учебных заведений Украины относительно преимуществ в использовании инновационных образовательных технологий и методов, в частности интерактивных методов обучения, в процессе подготовки специалистов по физической терапии, эрготерапии. Освещены преимущества и отдельные аспекты реализации инновационных образовательных технологий таких, как технологий проектного и проблемного обучения, интерактивных технологий обучения, в процессе профессиональной подготовки будущих физических терапевтов, эрготерапевтов.

The article substantiates the expediency, possibilities and advantages of using individual innovative educational technologies in the system of professional training of future physical therapists, occupational therapists. The content and essence of the concept of "innovative educational technologies" are considered. The basis of the innovative educational technology is the idea of forming the necessary competencies of future specialists with an orientation towards their potential capabilities and individual independence, which will enable them to quickly and efficiently respond to the introduction of innovations in the future, independently find creative ways to solve professional problems and, thus, adapt to modern changing conditions for future work. Innovative educational technologies involve the design of the educational process through the introduction of original, new forms, methods and means of education. The essence of innovative educational technologies lies in the implementation of three interrelated and interacting components: 1) modern (innovative) content, which is logically structured, provides for the wide use of multimedia materials and modern communication tools, aimed at developing competencies that meet modern requirements for the training of future professionals; 2) modern (innovative) learning methods - active and interactive methods for the formation of competences that involve the active involvement of students in the educational process, provide sustainable positive motivation and are aimed at developing critical thinking, creativity and abilities to creatively transform acquired knowledge and skills; 3) modern infrastructure, which organically combines technological, organizational, informational and communicative components, allowing students to effectively use the benefits of distance learning. The results of the survey of teachers of Ukrainian higher educational institutions regarding the advantages in the use of innovative educational technologies and methods, in particular interactive learning methods, in the process of training specialists in physical therapy, occupational therapy are presented. Analysis of the survey results allowed to state that the dominant number of respondents prefers information-computer technology training (use 71% of teachers surveyed) and technology of problem-based learning (use 66% of respondents). Among the interactive learning technologies discussion in the educational process using 36% of respondents; business games - 48% of respondents; trainings - 26% of teachers; interactive lectures - 35% of respondents. The advantages and certain aspects of the implementation of innovative educational technologies, such as project and problem-based learning technologies, interactive learning technologies, in the process of professional training of future physical therapists, occupational therapists are highlighted. It was noted that the introduction of innovative educational technologies was accompanied by certain difficulties, since each of the technologies has both significant advantages and disadvantages (duration of the preparatory stage, unpredictable results, etc.), the technologies require a certain professional skill of teachers.
