Використання засобів Body-Sculpt в процесі фізичного виховання студентів

Abstract

Використання засобів body-sculpt в процесі фізичного виховання студентів. У статті представлено способи оптимізації процесу фізичного виховання студентів засобами Body-Sculpt. Визначено, що на сьогодні серед причин кризового стану здоров’я є соціально-економічна та екологічна криза, неефективна стратегія охорони здоров’я і недоліки в системі освіти, що зумовлюють значне психоемоційне перевантаження і недостатню рухову активність молоді. Із вищевикладеного намітилася необхідність фундаментальних наукових досліджень за наступними перспективним напрямком – це систематизація структури і змісту процесу вдосконалення системи фізичного виховання студентів, а також розробка і експериментальне обґрунтування методики застосування засобів Body-Sculpt в процесі фізичного виховання студентів.

In the article the methods optimization in the process of physical education are students presented by facilities of Body - Sculpt. Certainly, that for today among reasons the crisis state of health it: socio-economic and ecological crisis, ineffective strategy of health protection and defects in the system educations that predetermine a considerable psychology-emotion overload and insufficient motive activity of young people. An analysis of scientific and methodological literature on the problems of the physical condition of students and their motor activity showed that the main task of institutions of higher education is to preserve and strengthen their health. Modern pace of life puts high demands on physical development, the functional state of the body of students and their physical ability to work. That is why the selection of adequate means of physical education that meets the above needs is necessary. From foregoing the necessity fundamental scientific researches was set on following perspective direction is systematization of structure and maintenance in the process of perfection system physical education of students, and also development and experimental ground methodology application facilities are Body-Sculpt in the process of physical education students.
