Реалізація акмеологічного підходу у професійній підготовці майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання та спорту

Abstract

Аналіз психолого-педагогічної літератури свідчить про відсутність чітких теоретичних і методичних підходів, єдиної думки науковців про професійну підготовку майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання та спорту, що не дозволяє в повному обсязі осмислити її як цілісну педагогічну систему. Автор припускає, що застосування акмеологічного підходу, як одного з універсальних методологічних орієнтирів, у процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання та спорту, орієнтує студентів на постійне самовдосконалення і здатність до самореалізації, саморегуляції і самоорганізації, забезпечує їх розвиток у процесі формування професійної компетентності з метою досягнення вершини професіоналізму.

The analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature shows the lack of clear theoretical and methodological approaches, the unanimous opinion of specialists on the professional training of future specialists in physical education and sports, which does not allow comprehensively comprehend it as a holistic pedagogical system. The author suggests that the use of the akmeological approach, as one of the universal methodological guidelines, in the process of training future specialists in physical education and sport, orientates students to constant self-improvement and the ability to self-realization, self-regulation and selforganization, ensures their development in the process of formation of professional competence with to achieve the peak of professionalism. The purpose of the paper is to characterize the features of the implementation of the acmeological approach in the training of future specialists in physical education and sports. The application of the acmeological approach in the training of future specialists in physical education and sports as a promising theoretical and methodological direction in higher physical education contributes to: the target orientation on the development of creative individuality and ensuring the success of each student; the development of the synergetic ability of the personality of the future specialist in physical education and sport (self-training - self-education and self-education, self-realization and self-improvement in rehabilitation activities - self-affirmation) as a systemic-acmeological criterion for the quality of higher physical education.
