Розвиток творчості педагогічних працівників у системі післядипломної освіти

Abstract

Стаття присвячена концептуальним підходам до розвитку педагогічної творчості вчителів у системі післядипломної педагогічної освіти на засадах диференційованого та особистісно орієнтованого підходів. У статті розкрито шляхи модернізації методичної роботи з педагогічними працівниками з позиції формування у них мотивації до підвищення власного професійного рівня та реалізації творчого потенціалу, визначено критерії педагогічної творчості.

This article is devoted to the conceptual approaches of pedagogical creativity of teachers in the system of postgraduate education based on a differentiated and personally oriented approaches. The author actualizes the development of pedagogical creativity of teachers as a measure of professional skills in terms of the objectives to improve the quality of education. The article deals with ways to modernize pedagogical work with teaching staff from the perspective of forming their own motivation to improve the professional level and implementing creativity, the criteria of educational work. Examples union contingent of teachers in the level of professional skills ( "master teachers," "teacher-experts", "novice teachers" and "ineffective teachers") and willingness to improve their own professional competence and revealed approaches to work with them mizhkursovyy (mizhatestatsiynyy period). Th enecessity of modernization methodological approaches to space in the region, districts (cities) in the present conditions to diagnostic basis. The attention is focused on what to avoid formal approach to the selection of the content and forms of teaching activities that can not meet the needs and expectations of educational workers who have varying degrees of motivation for improving their own methodological competencies to new knowledge, to the introduction of innovative educational technologies in the educational process. Also presented approaches to attracting qualified teachers to various forms of work with other categories of teachers to promote effective educational experience. Implementation approaches described in the article makes it possible to influence the quality of education in the region by providing targeted methodical assistance to various categories of teachers.

Статья посвящена концептуальным подходам к развитию педагогического творчества учителей в системе последипломного педагогического образования в соответствии с идеями дифференцированного и личностно ориентированного подходов. В статье раскрыты пути модернизации методической работы с педагогическими работниками с позиции формирования у них мотивации к повышению собственного профессионального уровня и реализации творческого потенциала, определены критерии педагогического творчества.
