Творче використання традиційних і нетрадиційних засобів здоров’язбереження як педагогічна умова формування здоров’язбережувальної компетентності майбутніх соціальних педагогів у процесі фахової підготовки

Abstract

У статті висвітлені основні аспекти здоров’язбережувальної компетентності. Проаналізовані педагогічні умови для успішної реалізації здоров’язбережувальної компетентності в процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців соціально-педагогічної сфери. В результаті дослідження виділені такі основні педагогічні умови: формування позитивної мотивації на здоров’язбереження, творче використання традиційних і нетрадиційних засобів здоров’язбереження, пропагування здорового способу життя, цілеспрямована та ефективна організація часу на роботу та відпочинок.

The article focuses on the main aspects of the health savings competence as a necessary component in the structure of professional training for the future social pedagogues. The conditions in general and pedagogical conditions, particularly for the successful implementation of the health savings expertise in the training for future specialists of the social-pedagogical sphere. In the article, by analyzing scientific publications, namely, in the direction of the contemporary issues for the training the future social pedagogues in the social competency measurement, considered the nature and structure of the health-competence. Based on the analysis of scientific works in the direction of our research, the health savings competence of social pedagogues has been considered as an integral characteristic of personality that can successfully respond to the individual and social needs, to act in specific circumstances, to carry out tasks in relation to their health, and others. It provides the organization a healthy lifestyle in the physical, social, mental and spiritual spheres and the organization of their work. The main criterion of competence is a state of optimal matching, harmony between the physical, mental and social aspects of human life. The formation of this competence covers a range of life skills (competencies) that promote a healthy lifestyle, physical, mental and social. Determining the structure of the health savings competence for the future social pedagogues, we turned to the identification and comparison of the concept of the structure and the structure of a healthy lifestyle. Through this analysis, we came to the conclusion that a healthy lifestyle reflects the system of life for future specialists of social and educational sphere, which is characterized by unity and expediency of its structural components. The study highlighted the following main pedagogical conditions: the formation of positive motivation to the health saving, creative using the traditional and nontraditional items of the health saving, promotion the healthy lifestyle, focuses and effective organization of the time management for work and leisure.

В статье освещены основные аспекты здоровьясберегающей компетентности. Проанализированы педагогические условия для успешной реализации здоровьясберегающей компетентности в процессе профессиональной подготовки будущих специалистов социально-педагогической сферы. В результате исследования выделены следующие основные педагогические условия: формирование положительной мотивации на здоровьесбережение, творческое использование традиционных и нетрадиционных средств здоровьесбережения, пропагандирование здорового образа жизни, целенаправленная и эффективная организация времени на работу и отдых.
