Аналіз нормативних документів підготовки майбутніх учителів трудового навчання і технологій

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано нормативні документи підготовки майбутніх учителів трудового навчання і технологій. Проведено анкетування учителів і студентів з визначення якості освіти та умінні самостійно працювати з навчальним матеріалом. Підготовку майбутніх учителів технологій розглядаємо як цілісний навчальний процес, спрямований на формування у студентів системи знань, умінь і навичок, необхідних для виявлення досягнень учнів загальноосвітньої школи у формуванні навичок і вмінь з певного виду трудового навчання. Конкретний результат оволодіння методами і прийомами діагностування, контролю й оцінки результатів виявляється у формуванні професійно спрямованої творчої особистості майбутнього педагога, його психологічній налаштованості і практичної підготовленості до здійснення педагогічної діагностики якості освіти учнів. На сучасному етапі реформування вищої педагогічної школи, постає проблема уніфікації навчальних планів і програм. Згідно із завданнями Болонського процесу, кожна навчальна програма має відповідати суспільним вимогам, сприяти працевлаштуванню, виховувати громадянські якості, бути схваленою науковим співтовариством і вирізнятися прозорою структурою, що дає змогу комбінувати її з програмами інших університетів, уможливлюючи мобільність студентів, визнання результатів їхнього навчання за кордоном. Розробляючи методику підготовки майбутніх учителів трудового навчання і технологій, як засобу підвищення якості освіти було проаналізовано наявність навчально-методичного комплексу до дисциплін професійно- предметного, педагогічного й варіативного циклів.

The article analyzes the normative documents of the training of future teachers of labor education and technologies. A questionnaire was conducted for teachers and students to determine the quality of education and the ability to independently work with educational material. We consider the training of future technology teachers as a holistic educational process aimed at forming the system of knowledge, skills and skills necessary for the students to identify the achievements of pupils in a secondary school in shaping the skills and abilities of a certain type of labor education. The concrete result of mastering the methods and methods of diagnosing, monitoring and evaluating the results is manifested in the formation of a professionally directed creative personality of the future teacher, his psychological willingness and practical preparedness for the implementation of pedagogical diagnostics of the quality of students’ education. At the present stage of the reform of the higher pedagogical school, there is a problem of unification of curricula and programs. According to the objectives of the Bologna process, each curriculum must meet public requirements, promote employment, raise civic qualities, be approved by the scientific community and be distinguished by a transparent structure that enables it to combine it with the programs of other universities, enabling student mobility, recognition of the results of their study abroad . Developing a methodology for preparing future teachers of labor education and technologies, as a means of improving the quality of education, analyzed the availability of a teaching-methodical complex to the disciplines of vocationalsubject, pedagogical and variate cycles. Higher pedagogical school should prepare future teacher of labor training and technologies of a wide profile, designer of various pedagogical methods and methodical techniques that can provide pedagogical support to students, organize and conduct pedagogical diagnostics, find the right solution in the problematic pedagogical situation.
