Педагогічні аспекти удосконалення та індивідуалізація техніко-тактичної підготовки дзюдоїстів-ветеранів

Abstract

Авторами за допомогою аналізу технічного арсеналу сучасної змагальної діяльності кваліфікованих дзюдоїстів-ветеранів виявлені недоліки у їх технічному арсеналі та фактори, які сприяють його формуванню, індивідуалізації та оптимізації. Обґрунтований алгоритм раціональної побудови тренувального процесу на основі формування коронного прийому змагальної діяльності дзюдоїста-ветерана. Дослідниками за допомогою педагогічного експерименту обґрунтовані напрямки удосконалення управління тренувальною діяльністю дзюдоїстів шляхом активного застосування інтерактивних методів педагогічного впливу.

The article is devoted to substantiation of the program of individualization of technical-tactical preparation of judo masters. The program was developed based. the content-analysis of competitive activity judo masters. The aim of conducting research is the justification of the directions of individualization of technical-tactical preparation of judo masters of different age groups to improve the efficiency of the training process. For the training of judo masters, the authors propose to use an optimization technique precompetitive training, the efficiency of which is confirmed by experimental data. Modeling of competitive activity judo veterans helps determine the status of and best practices for improvement of different sides of preparedness of sportsmen and to identify their interrelationships, It helps to predict a certain athletic performance for a specific period of time and to identify unused potential of judo masters. Modeling enables us to monitor and test the results of training and efficiently manage the preparation of judo masters. It provides the effective impact of physical exercise on the level of training and increases their degree of compliance with individual health judo masters. Modeling allows you to maintain the health and performance of athletes.Excessive physical training in the masters judo is an attempt to compensate for the shortcomings in the technical and tactical preparedness and consequence of psychological uncertainty judo masters in their abilities. If the judoka is a veteran of high-class functional performance corresponds to basic model requirements, its main task is to be technical and tactically prepared to meet not only potential enemies, but to meet any unplanned athlete.Better to pay more attention to the preservation of motor abilities than the emotional, because at the stage of the natural aging process of the human body in the first place is the preservation of strength, speed, endurance, and mobility in the spine and joints.
