Сучасний погляд на проблему фізичної реабілітації осіб з нейрохірургічною паталогією внаслідок вогнепальних і осколкових поранень

Abstract

На основі теоретичного аналізу медичної літератури та спеціальної літератури з фізичної терапії автори акцентують увагу на тому, що у сучасний період майже відсутні наукові праці, які стосуються дозування фізичних навантажень, визначення сили паралізованих м’язів, впливу засобів фізичної реабілітації на реабілітацію осіб з нейрохірургічною патологією внаслідок вогнепальних і осколкових поранень, зокрема методик формування і вдосконалення соціально-побутових навичок хворих. Авторами вказується на актуальність та доцільність дослідження проблеми, пов’язаної з фізичною реабілітацією осіб з нейрохірургічною патологією внаслідок вогнепальних і осколкових поранень. У статті підкреслюється, що, враховуючі наявність локальних збройних конфліктів в нашій країні та в світі в цілому, з початком бойових дій на Сході України та проведенням АТО питання реабілітації військовослужбовців стало надзвичайно актуальним.

Based on the theoretical analysis of the medical and the special literature on physical therapy, the authors emphasize that in the modern period there are almost no scientific works related to the dosage of physical exertion, the strength of paralyzed muscles, the influence of physical rehabilitation on the rehabilitation of persons with the neurosurgical pathology as a result of gunshot and shrapnel wounds, including methods of the formation and improvement of social and everyday skills of the patients. The authors indicate the relevance and expediency of researching the problem associated with the physical rehabilitation of persons with the neurosurgical pathology due to gunshot and shrapnel wounds. The article emphasizes that, the given the existence of local armed conflicts in our country and in the world as a whole, with the onset of hostilities in the East of Ukraine and the conduct of ATO, the issues of the rehabilitation of the servicemen became extremely topical. Given the specific nature of neurosurgical pathologies, which is characterized by a wide range of concomitant factors, it can be noted that the rehabilitation of the persons with neurosurgical pathology due to gunshot and shrapnel wounds requires the use of a complex of rehabilitation facilities, the expediency of each of which is determined for each individual individually and requires careful monitoring of the patient’s condition throughout the whole recovery period in order to identify the optimal set of measures. Prospects for the further research are seen in the study of foreign experience on issues related to the problem of physical rehabilitation of the persons with neurosurgical pathology due to gunshot and shrapnel wounds.
