Рівень адаптаційного потенціалу першокласників в умовах промислового міста

Abstract

Адаптаційний потенціал серцево-судинної системи першокласників в умовах промислового міста Кривого Рогу, яке очолює рейтинг найбрудніших міст і входить до п’ятірки найбільш радіаційно-небезпечних територій України, визначається за модифікованою формулою Баєвського для учнів початкової школи, незадовільним рівнем. Показники школярів міста-мегаполіса Дніпро наближаються до критичної межі, після якої задовільний рівень адаптаційного потенціалу буде характеризуватися як напружений. У першокласників сільської місцевості зафіксовані кращі показники індексу функціональних змін у порівнянні з аналогічними показниками першокласників, які проживають у промислових містах.

The work determined the level of adaptation potential of first-graders in the conditions of the industrial city, namely in the city of Kryvyi Rih according to the Baevsky formula, which was modified for the organism of children 6-9 years old. The study group of Kryvyi Rih included indicators of measurements of 79 first-graders, 1 control group - 27 first-graders of the city of city Dnipr, 2 control groups - 18 first-graders of the city of Zhovti Vody, 3 control groups - 5 first-graders of Novodmitrivka village. In order to determine the level of adaptation potential by the index of functional changes and comparison, the average indicator was calculated in the studied and control groups. Due to the fact that in the control samples the number of indicators is less than 30, the methods of mathematical statistics were not used in the work; therefore the obtained results are not considered reliable and are considered at the level of the trend that develops in the studied direction. Adaptation potential of the cardiovascular system of first-graders in the conditions of the industrial city of Kryvyi Rih, which leads the rating of the dirtiest cities and is one of the five most radiation-hazardous territories of Ukraine, is determined by unsatisfactory level. Indicators of the city-metropolitan school student’s city of Dnipr are approaching a critical point, after which the satisfactory level of adaptive potential will be characterized as tense. In the first-graders of the countryside, the best indicators of the index of functional changes are recorded in comparison with similar indicators of first-graders who live in industrial cities.
