В статье раскрыты особенности адаптации студентов к обучению в учреждениях высшего образования с
помощью волейболу. Обоснованно потенциальные возможности его использования в адаптационном процессе
студентов к учебной деятельности в учреждениях высшего образования.
У статті розкрито особливості адаптаціїстудентів до навчання у закладах вищої
освіти за допомогою волейболу. Обґрунтовано потенційні можливості його використання у адаптаційному процесі студентів
до навчальної діяльності у закладах вищої освіти.
The article deals with the peculiarities of students' adaptation to studying in higher education institutions through
volleyball. The potential possibilities of its use in adaptation process of students to educational activity in institutions of higher
education are substantiated.
Higher education is the final stage in biological and mental maturity, the main stage in the formation and socialization of the
individual as a specialist and a full member of society. One of the most general theoretical problems of higher education is the
adaptation of first-year students to higher education, serving in this context as a multifaceted process of activating social and
biological reserves of young people in response to changing living conditions. Difficulties awaiting freshmen of any specialty are
related to a sharp increase in the workload, specific types of lessons and lack of independent work skills, a new social environment
and environment, different standards of conduct, weak professional orientation, breaking the usual stereotype of learning, life and
life.
The new social status and unusual living conditions and training require considerable stress on the intellectual,
psychological and physical strength of the young person. The lack of readiness to organize their livelihoods in the new environment
causes a decrease in professional motivation and success in learning, the complexity of involving the system of social relations in a
new environment.
Along with this, the possibilities of the search and application of effective means, methods and forms of physical education
for the purpose of adapting the freshmen to study are ignored, as evidenced by the deterioration of the psychophysical state of
student youth in the conditions of a higher educational institution of education.
