Вивчення процесу формування компетентності майбутніх вчителів шляхом проведення фізкультурно-оздоровчих та спортивно-масових заходів зі студентами ВНЗ

Abstract

У статті подано наукове обґрунтування процесу формування фізкультурно-оздоровчої та спортивно-масової компетентності майбутніх учителів, розкрито специфіку і принципи, які визначають сучасний зміст фізичного виховання у вищій школі та забезпечують його у професійній діяльності. Найбільш динамічним компетентним і головним чинником мобільності сучасного суспільства є студентська молодь. Саме тому формування здорового стилю життя та культури здоров’я підростаючих поколінь України в останні роки отримало широке відображення в педагогічних і соціальних літературних джерелах. Так, відзначається, що значна частина студентів не надає суттєвого значення зміцненню свого здоров’я. У багатьох дослідженнях в якості перспективних напрямів формування культури здоров’я студентів говориться про їх залучення до сучасних видів спорту та фізкультурно-оздоровчої діяльності. Разом з тим у сучасній вітчизняній науці досліджень, що розглядають фітнес в якості технології формування культури здоров’я студентів в позааудиторній роботі вищого навчального закладу чи описують організаційну структуру таких занять, нами не виявлено.

In the article was given the scientific substantiation of the formation of physical culture competence of future teachers at the school, disclosed specifics and principles that define the contemporary content of physical education in high school and provide it in a professional activity. Key words: pedagogical competence, professional activities, physical education, sports and wellness competence, mass sports competence. The most dynamic component and a major mobility factor of modern society are college students. That is why the formation of a healthy lifestyle and a culture of health of future generation in Ukraine in recent years are widely reflected in the social and educational literature. It is noted that many if the students do not attaches importance to strengthening its health. In many studies as promising areas of a culture of health of students said about their involvement in sports, modern sports and recreation activities. However, in modern domestic science studies fitness is considered as a technology culture of student’s health in extracurricular work a higher education or describes the organizational structure of physical culture we have not identified. The formation of physical fitness and sports and mass competence promotes the growth of personality, the ability to independently seek and analyze the necessary information to obtain new knowledge and experience. The knowledge of the students marked by competence makes in future in the course of their professional activities choose the optimal strategies of physical culture and sports and mass work, non-traditional approaches, will interest the student and encourage him to active physical activity and conduct a healthy lifestyle.
