Abstract

Значення психофізичної реабілітації хворих у післяопераційному періоді. Бочкова Н.Л., Ярчук Н.П. В роботі досліджувались причини розвитку, особливості депресивних станів у післяопераційному реабілітаційному періоді. Вивчали, які фактори визначають особливості цих депресивних станів; Визначався взаємозв’язок між швидкістю та якістю відновлення морфофункціонального стану хворого та його психічним станом. Розглянуто питання про значимість терміну початку психологічної підтримки хворого та його оточення як складової психофізичної реабілітації, досліджували складові психофізичної реабілітації пацієнтів у післяопераційному періоді. За результатами дослідження показано, що: операційне втручання, біль часто викликають розвиток депресивних станів, особливості яких визначаються характером захворювання, перебігом післяопераційного періоду, особистісним преморбідом; існує пряма залежність між раннім початком реабілітації, ступенем усвідомленості хворим свого фізичного стану, рівнем мотивації до одужання, професійним використанням складових психофізичної реабілітації та ступенем і швидкістю відновлення.

Beginning of rehabilitation of patients in a postoperative period is important that exactly on these stage bases of successful realization of all rehabilitation courses are mortgaged. It is explained by irreversibility of rehabilitation process, impossibility to correct negative consequences. The feature of the postoperative state of patient is development of depressions, that prevents to the successful flow of restoration processes. In this connection there is a necessity for a psychophysical rehabilitation the constituents of that are a correction of the psychical state and harmonization psychophysical state of patient. Reasons of development, features of depressions, were in-process investigated in a postoperative rehabilitation period. Studied, what factors determined the features of these depressions. Intercommunication was determined between speed and quality of renewal of the morph functional state of patient and his mental condition. A question is considered about meaningfulness of term of beginning of psychological support of patient and his surroundings as component psychophysical rehabilitation; investigated the constituents of psychophysical rehabilitation of patients in a postoperative period. It is shown on results research, that: operating interference, pain is often caused development of depressions, the features of that are determined by character of disease, motion of postoperative period; there is direct dependence between the early beginning of rehabilitation, degree of realized by the patient of the bodily condition, level of motivation to recovery, by the professional use of constituents of psychophysical rehabilitation and degree and speed of renewal.
