Прикладний аспект застосування аквафітнесу у фізичному вихованні баяністів-акордеоністів

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано психофізіологічні аспекти професії музиканта. Подано характеристику м’язової роботи та прояву координаційних здібностей під час гри на баяні та акордеоні. Висвітлено особливості занять фізичними вправами професійної спрямованості у процесі фізичного виховання майбутніх музикантів. Розкрито перспективи використання аквафітнесу у процесі фізичного виховання студентів, які мають відповідну музичну спеціалізацію.

The article analyzes the psycho-physiological aspects of the musician's profession. Characterization of muscular work and manifestation of coordination abilities during the game of accordion and accordion are given. The peculiarities of physical activity exercises of professional orientation in the process of physical education of future musicians are highlighted. The prospects of using aqua fitness in the process of physical education of students with the appropriate musical specialization are revealed. The priority task of physical education of students is not only health promotion, but also the development of motor and mental abilities, the formation of motor skills and skills for their positive transfer to future professional activities. The game of baying and accordion provides a complex mode of operation of the muscles of the hands. With the maintenance of a heavy musical instrument large load falls on the muscular corset. Therefore, in the performance of the bayanist involved the entire musculoskeletal system, which is regulated and coordinated by the nervous system. In addition, the game runs in the absence of visual control keyboard musical instrument. The professional activity of musicians requires the possession of precise movements of high coordination complexity. Rationally organized coordination training of students of musical specialties in the process of physical education, taking into account the musical specialization, consisting in the formation of difficult coordination movements and the development of professionally important muscles, promotes better learning of the youth skills of playing the musical instrument and the prevention of occupational diseases. Applied orientation of aquafitness is provided by the possibilities of varying the parameters of physical activity to influence on professionally important muscle groups.
