Analyses the state of research of the problem of persistence education in psychological and pedagogical literature. In recent years, observation of scientific literature confirm, that scientists focus on research of physical education in schools, healthy lifestyle. It is also providing more qualified propaganda in media.
But problems with improving heath of the younger generation are still unresolved. It`s confirms by the comparative analysis of pupils. There are critical levels of physical education, health, physical ability and physical development of the children, that is the result of reducing their motor activity during the day. There are growing static and emotional stress during the lessons, during the introduction of innovative computer technologies or adverse environmental conditions, environment, etc. Therefore, nowadays the most urgent problems that have accumulated in secondary schools over the past decade are these: enhancing the efficiency of physical education, improving of motor activity, preserving and strengthening of health, making healthy lifestyle. It is the important role of the activities and sports. The article shows that proper application of the content, forms and methods of this research affects the formation of preparedness to volitional tensions in teenagers during physical training. Analysis of psychological and pedagogical research literature on the subject proves that one of the most complex and important problems in the formation of personality is the problem of will and volitional regulation of human behavior and activity. The theoretical basics of problem will and volitional tensions of teenagers are determined. On the basis of scientific sources revealed that the will is the function of the human psyche which consists in power over herself, control her actions and consciously regulating her behavior; effort to achieve the goal. It has been found that exactly formation of volitional qualities of human causes his readiness to volitional tensions. The volitional qualities, formation of which is revealed in readiness of teenagers to volitional tensions during physical training are patience, organization, leadership, discipline. It was proved that volitional qualities are formed in pupils during overcoming feasible difficulties.
