It is explained the content and methods of physical training school youth in the process of play. In recent years, observation of scientific literature confirm, that scientists focus on research of physical education in schools, healthy lifestyle. It is also providing more qualified propaganda in media. But problems with improving heath of the younger generation are still unresolved. It`s confirms by the comparative analysis of pupils in primary school. There are critical levels of physical education, health, physical ability and physical development of the children, that is the result of reducing their motor activity during the day. There are growing static and emotional stress during the lessons, during the introduction of innovative computer technologies or adverse environmental conditions, environment, etc. Therefore, nowadays the most urgent problems that have accumulated in secondary schools over the past decade are these: enhancing the efficiency of physical education, improving of motor activity, preserving and strengthening of health, making healthy lifestyle. It is the important role of the activities and sports in primary school. This is because it is popular among pupils and one of the most effective organizational forms of their full development. However, the research of physical education of primary school at volleyball training and its elements is paid insufficient attention, and that`s leading to a gradual decline in their interest in popular forms and methods of physical education. Sports games among other organizational forms that positively affect the health of students is one of the key. But to reach the mass involvement of teenage students to classes sports games, in our opinion, should observe the following pedagogical conditions: the main motive to engage in sports games, healthy lifestyles should be a personal example teachers and parents; students knowledge of the essence, meaning and importance of physical education, sports and healthy lifestyles; create prestige and image of sports games at school, village, city, region; use an individual and differentiated approach taking into account the psychological, sexual and age characteristics of middle classes; generate interest in of physical education of and healthy lifestyle in the process of sport games; realize that health strengthening is the main purpose of life, the way in which employment is through sports games and more.
