In the article the influence of ovarian-menstrual cycle-competitive activities students sambo initially learning sambo and solutions to problems related to the physiological state of girls during training process and competitive period. It is regarded by us as a kind of reaction to the large body adapts exercise and not a disease. In competitions open to not only those athletes who are strict accounting MC, know their capabilities, have high adaptive capacity in sports associated with short-term work. The data revealed some features of physical qualities, special performance and some physiological functions athletes in different phases of the MC. Thus the teacher should lead not only careful monitoring of teaching fitness sambо, and for it (MC) and impact studies. Sambo on his body this should help him self-control athletes. To this end, it should mark the diary subjective sensations that occur during the menstrual cycle. These data allow self-teacher-coach to analyze in more detail the state of the organism athletes and make appropriate recommendations for further training.
