У статті розглянуто проблеми стану здоров’я школярів та фізичного виховання дітей сільських шкіл, віднесених до спеціальних медичних груп. Простежено зв’язок захворюваності з дисплазією сполучної тканини та найчастішими її проявами. Визначено межі поширеності гіпермобільності суглобів та інших суглобових проявів дисплазії сполучної тканини серед дитячого населення.
The problems of Ukrainian schoolchildren health and physical education of children in rural schools classified by health to special medical group are described in the article. Morbidity’s connection with connective tissue dysplasia and the most frequent its manifestations are traced. It is identified limits prevalence of hypermobility of joints and other articular manifestations of connective tissue dysplasia among children according to the scientific literature. Therefore, we set out the task to develop a set of measures that in the mode of studying process would promote increasing motor activity and improve the functional state of cardio-respiratory system of special medical groups pupils who have articular manifestations of connective tissue dysplasia. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of the author’s program of physical education on the functional state of cardiovascular, respiratory systems and some anthropometric and biochemical parameters of special medical group pupils with articular manifestations of connective tissue dysplasia of 5-9 classes of rural schools. Because of conducted research we have recorded the improvement of indicators of the functional state of main group of this category of children (heart rate, the Stange test, Hench test, indexes of Ruffier and Robinson, vegetative index of Kerdo) compared with the initial data and the results of control group. The data shows improvement of functional state and therefore – the effectiveness of the author’s program. Thus, the using of this program on physical education classes in rural secondary schools will allow compensating the lack of motor activity of special medical groups pupils with articular manifestations of connective tissue dysplasia of 5 – 9 classes, to improve their functional state and help to prevent, reduce the level of morbidity and development of complications.
