У роботі розглянуто питання позаакадемічних занять фізичним вихованням студентів ВНЗ як об’єкта упровадження інновацій. На основі теоретичного узагальнення аспектів організації позаакадемічної роботи у фізичному вихованні, виокремлено чільні напрями упровадження освітніх інновацій, спрямованих на підвищення якості позаакадемічних занять. Обґрунтовано, що доцільне використання інновацій означає перехід на якісно новий рівень ефективності позаакадемічних занять фізичним вихованням студентів ВНЗ.
