У статті наводиться комплекс імітаційних вправ, в основі якого полягає, система опорів, яка фіксувала рухи
штовхальника в потрібному діапазоні та виправляла техніку штовхання ядра. Наведені рекомендації із застосування комплексу імітаційних вправ у підготовці штовхальників ядра.
The article discusses complex of simulation exercises for the shot-putters based on the system of resistances. The
recommendations are given for the application of complex of simulation exercises.
The research was attended by 12 shot putters 15-17 years who were at the stage of specialized basic training. In article
used the following methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific and technical literature, methods of mathematical statistics.
Developed complex included exercises which were aimed at improving the technique of the final effort, starting
overclocking, glide, increase the speed of popping kernels, and optimization angle of departure of the kernel.
System resistance, which fixed the movements of the shot putters in the desired range corrected technique of shot put.
Application of the developed complex of simulation exercises led to an authentic increase of results indicators level of
absolute strength P 0,05-0,01.
The absence of significant differences were observed in time of glide, time of rolling and the height of ejection of the
nucleus indicates the lack of influence of the developed complex simulation exercises on these engineering parameters.
The impact of the complex of simulation exercises at the time parameters of technique of shot put іs 91,45%, on the length
of glide іs 0,81%, on the result of shot put is 5,78%, on the angle of departure of the kernel is 0,98%, on the height of the departure
of the kernel is 0,97%
