Traditional approaches of construction of educational-training process and system of realization of competitions are
considered on the stage of preparation to the higher achievements in football. Data for research the programmatic served as
documents for child-youth sporting schools, specialized child-youth schools of olympic reserve and schools of higher sporting mastery, questioning of
trainers and sportsmen, materials of the pedagogical watching an educational-training process. Influence of the training and
contention loading is appraised on the organism of sportsmen of 19-20-years-old age. Participating of athletes of this age is analyzed
in compositions of commands of Premiere-league and Professional football liege of Ukraine. The necessity of introduction of the
system of gradual transition of sportsmen is certain from youth football in adult.
Constant growth of sports records, competition in the international sports arena, expansion of the sports calendar have led to
an intensification of the training process and competitive activity, a significant increase in the load on the body of the athlete, which
requires him to maximize the mobilization of functional reserves and psychological stability in terms of training and competitive
activities [7, 8, 13].
Consideration of the scientific data accumulated in the theory and method of sports training, shows a large amount of both
theoretical and experimental material in the system of long-term improvement in football. However, as the analysis of recent
publications shows, modern trends in the development of football involve a significant intensification of the training of athletes, which
is categorically unacceptable at the age of 19-20 years. A large array of scientific knowledge is not united into a holistic system, in
which the process of sports training is organically interconnected with the stages of multi-year improvement of athletes. Because it is
precisely in the interval from the end of the studies at DYUSSH, SDYUSSHOR, etc. and the attraction of athletes to professional
clubs, Ukrainian football loses the bulk of young and talented players [3].
In a number of urgent areas of further development of sport, one of the main points is the problem of improving training
activities and the system of conducting competitions at the stage of preparation for higher achievements [9, 11].
Therefore, this problem has an important theoretical and methodological value for assessing and analyzing traditional
approaches to constructing a training process and a system for conducting competitions at the stage of preparation for the highest
achievements in football.
