Система професійного навчання працівників Національної поліції України

Abstract

Проведено аналіз керівних документів, що регламентують специфіку професійного навчання працівників Національної поліції України. Висвітлено складові системи професійного навчання працівників правоохоронних органів. З’ясовано особливості первинної професійної підготовки вперше прийнятих працівників на службу в поліцію, підготовки у вищих навчальних закладах із специфічними умовами навчання, післядипломної освіти та службової підготовки працівників

The analysis of the regulations governing the features of professional training of the National Police of Ukraine. Found that the system of professional training of law enforcement officials include initial training, training in higher education with specific terms of training, continuing education and staff training officer. Determined that the initial training required to take the person who first decided to serve in the police. The purpose of the initial training - to form students in the special skills needed to perform police powers, including the ability for storing, carrying, and use of firearms. Found that police training in higher education with specific learning environment is based on education contract concluded between the institution, the relevant police authority and a person who qualifies. By referred postgraduate education specialization, retrained, certification training. Determined that police officers are required to undergo training in the relevant direction of performance at least once every three years or appointed to a senior position. An important part of professional training of police officer training is aimed at consolidating and updating the necessary knowledge and skills considering the situation, the specific profile and its operational performance. The main tasks of official training include increased knowledge, skills and competencies of police to ensure their ability to perform tasks for the protection of human rights, combating crime, maintaining public (public) order and security; study of regulations governing the activities of the National Police of Ukraine; improving the leadership of bodies (institutions, agencies) police police management skills. Found partly solve the problem of professional training of the police can be by improving program content initial training and the rational organization of teaching in the system of official training.
