В статі представлені показники рівня фізичної підготовленості школярів 15–17-ти років на початку навчального
року, а також ступінь їх змін в процесі занять фізичними вправами продовж навчального року. Отримані результати
свідчать про покращання досліджуваних параметрів.
To determine the
level of physical preparedness of high school students. Methods: theoretical analysis, generalization and systematization of scientific and
technical literature, teaching and testing methods of mathematical statistics. To determine the level of motor training school students
used tests are Sergienko LP [7] and VA Romanenko [6], namely the lifting body in a prone position with Sid (Count times), flexion and
extension hand in emphasis lying on the floor (Count times); ran 60 meters (s); "Relay" test (cm); torso forward from a seated position
(cm); longitudinal cords (cm); running in 2000 and 3000 meters (m); test "Flamingo" (Count times); "Shuttle" big 4h9 m (s).
Organization study. Research conducted at the secondary school number 119 m. Kharkov. The study was conducted during
the 2014-2015 school year in two stages. At the 1st stage was carried out preliminary tests of physical readiness of high school students.
At the 2nd stage of final testing was conducted to determine the degree of change of the parameters.
Results are indicators of physical fitness of students 15-17 years of age at the beginning of the school year, and the degree of
change during exercise furthering the academic year. Conclusions: Analysis of the initial investigation indicates "medium" level of
physical fitness high school students, which is assessing - 3 points; the end of the school year, found a slight improvement in the results,
but the rating scales is not reflected.
In the age aspect there is basically no significant increase in age. In gender terms found largely accurate results the
prevalence of boys over girls performance.
