Розглянуто основні принципи та положення щодо формування веслувальних екіпажів. Показані послідовні етапи відбору та комплектування команд, що існують в Україні та діють в теперішній час. Зазначені основні критерії відбору, що висуваються до спортсменів певних класів човнів у веслуванні академічному. Вивчено веслярів провідних екіпажів вищої спортивної кваліфікації у веслуванні академічному на основі психологічного та морфо-функціонального критеріїв та визначено найбільш впливі критерії для успішного та ефективного комплектування екіпажів.
Общие тенденции комплектования экипажей в гребле академической. Рассмотрены основные принципы и положения формирования гребных экипажей. Показаны последовательные этапы отбора и отбора команд, существующих в Украине и действующих в настоящее время. Указаны основные критерии отбора спортсменов некоторых классов лодок в гребле. Были изучены страусы ведущих экипажей высшей спортивной квалификации по гребле на основе психологических и морфолого-функциональных критериев и определены наиболее влиятельные критерии успешного и эффективного комплектования экипажей.
The process of the crew’s formation is long-lasting and takes place on the basis of the places occupied by the rowers in the competitions. This research is an attempt to study the rowers of leading crews of the highest sports qualification in rowing on the basis of psychological and morphological-functional criteria. When completing crews, coaches use different methods of group psychology. Based on the objective identification of the characteristics of the rowers to coordinate joint actions, these techniques complement the psychological presentation of coaches about the optimal association of rowers in the team. The team can fully solve all the tasks only with full mutual understanding, trust and confidence in each other. Usually distinguish two types of connections: business and personal. As experience has shown, groups that are joined by both of them are stronger - personal sympathy, friendship. One of the main tasks of selection for the rowers team, is the identification of the most positive individual and psychological features of the personality, which are combined with the choice of the most prepared for action crew member. The principle of good compatibility and high level of activity is important. It is important to pre-install and predict how a candidate to the team will endure extreme factors, sudden stimuli and obstacles, the ability to continue working in difficult conditions. The task of selecting a team of rowers, is the identification of the most positive individual and psychological features of the individual, which are combined with the choice of the most prepared for the crew member. It is important to pre-install and predict how a candidate in the team will endure extreme factors, sudden stimuli and obstacles, the ability to continue working in difficult conditions The results of the study show that athletes who specialize in rowing, in most types of programs perform in team classes of boats. In this regard, there are additional requirements for finding the most informative methods (criteria) for selecting athletes to form a large crew. In this regard, we have identified the informative indicators recommended for use in the formation of crews in rowing, and developed a system for assessing the potential capabilities and preparedness of the rowers. The obtained data will enable to analyze the compliance of the leading crews equipped with trainers for the indicators of morphological-functional and psychological compatibility. This article discusses the basic principles and regulations for the formation of rowing crews. The sequential selection and selection stages of teams existing in Ukraine and operating at the present time are shown. Mentioned basic selection criteria for the athletes of certain classes of boats in rowing are given. Ostriches of the leading crews of the highest sports qualification in rowing on the basis of psychological and morphological-functional criteria were studied and the most influential criteria for successful and efficient manning of crews were determined.
