Україні спричинена складною суспільно-політичною ситуацією - анексією Росією Автономної Республіки Крим та втрати Україною контролю над частиною території Донецької та Луганської областей. Вони мають багато проблем в політичному, моральному, правовому та економічному аспектах. Актуальними є питання навчання, додаткової освіти та перекваліфікації внутрішньо переміщених осіб, створення системи безперервної громадянської та правої освіти, запобігання дискримінації та стигматизації в освітньому середовищі, розробки системи заходів, спрямованих на соціально-психологічну адаптацію переселенців та інтеграцію їх у місцеві громади. Висвітлений стан забезпечення права на отримання освіти переселенцями різних вікових категорій: розкритий зміст соціально-педагогічної допомоги дітям-переселенцям у навчальних закладах; звернена увага на проблеми студентів і ВНЗ, які стали вимушеними переселенцями; представлений дайджест освітніх пропозицій для дорослого населення.
Ensuring educational rights of internally displaced persons. The article is devoted to the problem of internally displaced persons whose emergence in Ukraine is caused by a complex social and political situation because of Russia annexation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the loss of control over part of the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions by Ukraine. They have many problems in the political, moral, legal and economic aspects. The topical issues are the education, additional education and retraining of internally displaced persons, creation of a system of continuous civil and law education, prevention of discrimination and stigmatization in the educational environment, the system of measures development aimed at social and psychological adaptation of settlers and their integration into local communities. The state of the right to education for immigrants of different age categories is highlighted: the content of social and pedagogical assistance to settlers’ children in educational institutions is revealed; the attention was drawn to the problems of students and universities that became forced migrants; a digest of educational proposals for the adult population was presented.
