В роботі піднімається проблема поточного оцінювання студентів на заняттях з фітнесу у вищих навчальних закладах. Зокрема браку обґрунтованих методик для здійснення такого контролю на заняттях з фізичного виховання із застосуванням фітнес-програм. Запропоновано серію вправ для проведення такого оцінювання. Представлені показники успішності в засвоєнні цих вправ студентами, які раніше не займалися фітнесом. Сформульовано практичні рекомендації по застосуванню описаного підходу для контролю успішності на заняттях з фітнесу. Намічено основні напрями подальших досліджень.
The paper raised the problem of the current student assessment for fitness training in higher educational institutions. In particular, lack of reasonable methods to exercise such control in the training process for physical education using fitness programs. As part of the solution to the problem proposed a series of exercises for such an assessment. Found that the problem of the selection exercise for assessment is the classification of complexity to know exactly which of the means which the level of
success of answers, so if you examine how complicated for learning is one or another exercise to develop on this basis, the criteria for success, this greatly facilitate the evaluation process. The first phase of the experiment were chosen seven exercises, learning techniques are planned to follow in the future. Each exercise was briefly described in terms of specific effects on the body, is described in technical terms, some of which were illustrated. The next stage of the experiment, we determined the rate of assimilation of favorite exercises students who have never engaged in fitness. Discovered minimum period for mastering without preparation of such a complex exercise. Presented indicators of success in mastering these exercises students who previously engaged in fitness. The conclusions that the selected products can be used for fitness classes to monitor student achievement, all the exercises were available for
mastering complexity is high enough for people not previously engaged in fitness. So the likely positive dynamics of quality of performance was found during the period of occupation, except for the fourth and fifth. The recommended minimum period of
learning exercises before making current control is seven classes. Exercises can be used in combination. В роботе поднимается проблема текущего оценивания студентов на занятиях по фитнесу в высших учебных заведениях. В частности нехватке обоснованных методик для совершения такого контроля на занятиях по физическому воспитанию с применением фитнес-програм. Предложена серия упражнений для проведения такого оценивания. Представлены показатели успешности в усвоении этих упражнений студентами, которые раньше не занимались фитнесом. Сформулированы практические рекомендации по применению описанного подхода для контроля успешности на занятиях по фитнесу. Намечены основные направления дальнейших исследований.
