Формування дослідницьких компетенцій майбутніх фельдшерів : критеріально-рівневий аспект

Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема формування дослідницьких компетенцій майбутніх фельдшерів у процесі вивчення біологічних дисциплін. Розглянуто структуру дослідницької діяльності, визначено перелік дослідницьких компетенцій, що її забезпечують. Запропоновано визначення дослідницької компетенції фельдшера, яке автор розуміє як стійке інтегративне особистісне новоутворення, представлене сукупністю спеціальних знань, умінь і навичок наукового пізнання, ціннісного ставлення до його результатів, що проявляється у здатності особистості їх застосовувати у професійній діяльності, забезпечуючи тим самим її якість та ефективність. Поряд з цим схарактеризовано критерії, показники та рівні сформованості дослідницьких компетенцій майбутніх фельдшерів.

В статье рассматривается проблема формирования исследовательских компетенций будущих фельдшеров в процессе изучения биологических дисциплин. Рассмотрена структура исследовательской деятельности, исследовательские компетенции, которые ее обеспечивают. Представлено определение исследовательской компетенции будущего фельдшера, которое автор понимает как устойчивое интегративное личностное новообразование, представленное совокупностью специальных знаний, умений и навыков научного познания, ценностного отношения к его результатам, проявляющееся в способности личности их применять в профессиональной деятельности, обеспечивая тем самым ее качество и эффективность. В статье также охарактеризованы критерии, показатели и уровни сформированности исследовательских компетенций будущих фельдшеров.

The article focuses on proving the problem of formationof research competences of future physician assistants in the course of study of biological sciences. Relevance of the research suggested is that in modern society is increasing the proportion of human research activity that reflects the global trend of intellectualization of productive forces, therefore, preparation of competitive specialists requires development a high level of expert knowledge, skills, personal qualities – research competencies, the formation of which is a key element of higher professional educational establishments of international standard. Activity of future physician assistants based on functional responsibilities (as a members ofFirst Aid Team in rural medical and obstetrical station, clinical laboratories etc.), to the extent or associated with research activity, as it includes work with information sources, collection of facts, diagnostics (anamnesis),hypothesizing (preliminary diagnosis), theoretical and experimental verification of the hypothesis, processing of statistical results, diagnosis specification using clinical and paraclinical tools and techniques, therapeutic measures and opinion about the hypothesis accurateness (outcome). With the development of nanotechnology, biotechnology, information and computer technology there increased the significance of research in the course of professional training of junior medical specialists. In the article under consideration there has been distinguished the structure of research, a list of research competencies that provide it. There has been suggested a definition of research competence of thefuture physician assistant that is understood by the author as sustainable integrative personal neoformation presented by a set of special knowledge, skills and scientific knowledge, value attitude to the results manifested in the ability of the individual to apply them in professional activity, ensuring its quality and efficiency. In addition, there have been determined and defined criteria, indicators and levels of competency formation of future physician assistants.
