Етнокультурна позиція як поєднання особистісних якостей, актуальних з точки зору сучасної педагогічної освіти

Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема обґрунтування етнокультурної позиції як поєднання особистісних якостей, актуальних з точки зору національної системи педагогічної освіти. Автор статті надає наукове розуміння сенсу етнокультурної спрямованості процесу освіти. Автором статті описано три головні компоненти етнокультурної позиції особистості. Визначає сукупність відповідних якостей суб’єктів процесу освіти, здатних сприяти ефективному оновленню освітнього процесу. Актуалізуючи етнокультурну позицію, автор статті зазначає, що важливими відносно такої позиції будуть також закріплені на ментальному рівні світоглядні критерії, згідно яких будується гармонійне світовідчуття і розуміння життя.

В статье рассматривается проблема обоснования этнокультурной позиции как совокупности качеств личности, актуальных с точки зрения национальной системы педагогического образования. Автор статьи описывает три основных компонента этнокультурной позиции личности. Определяет совокупность соответствующих качеств субъектов образовательного процесса, способствующих эффективному обновлению процесса современного образования. Рассматривая актуальность этнокультурной позиции, автор статьи утверждает, что важными относительно такой позиции будут закреплённые на ментальном уровне критерии мировосприятия, относительно которых строится гармоничное восприятие и понимание жизненно важных для личности процессов.

Topic of the article is the problem of determining the ethnocultural position as a system of personal qualities relevant from the point of view of modern pedagogical education. The author of the article gives an understanding of education in the broadest sense as investing in the development of society. Summarizing the experience of the scientists concerning the peculiarities of the work of the teacher of the educational establishment with the students, the author notes that the teacher is capable of exercising pedagogical influence through communicative interaction, using his own personal qualities. Among the labeled qualities is called pedagogical skill, openness, creative character of actions, ability to communicate. The author emphasizes that a teacher who works with students should be sensitive, friendly, possess psychological knowledge, have a high level of intellectual development, be able to feel the interests and needs of young people. In opinion of the author of the article the important qualities are: indifference of the teacher to the problems of education in general and the problems of those who are studies. The article deals with the importance of the ethnocultural component of the teacher's personal activity. The author describes the ethnic factor as a qualitative change in the performance of pedagogical activities. In this regard, the article defines, as an urgent pedagogical problem, the need for outlining the precise ideas of scholars, teachers and practitioners on how to effectively develop cultural-relevant and ethnically relevant skills in point of humanistic communication, mutual assistance, kindness, humanity, and humanism. What kind of a teacher qualities are able to help him to act in those specified direction. The author of the article refers the ethnocultural orientation of education as a characteristic of education, which shows to what extent the tasks, goals, contents, technologies of education and training are oriented on the development and socialization of the individual. The author of the article gives an understanding how is the ethnocultural position of a teacher as a part of an ethnic group and as a citizen of a state, employs capability of self-determination in the conditions of modern global world civilization.
