Інтерактивні шляхи і засоби продуктивного формування творчого потенціалу майбутніх викладачів технологій

Abstract

У статті представлений огляд інтерактивних методів навчання та освітніх технологій, проаналізована проблема і практика формування мотивації педагогічних нововведень як одна з центральних у професійній діяльності викладача. Розглядаються можливості і практичне значення використання даних методів в системі вищої професійної освіти. Визначено, що в інноваційній діяльності викладача вищого навчального закладу важливим є мотиваційний компонент, під яким розуміють сформованість системи мотивів, знань, умінь, навичок професійно і особистісно значущих якостей, компетенцій, необхідних для розробки та впровадження педагогічних інновацій.

В данной статье представлен обзор интерактивных методов обучения и образовательных технологий, проанализирована проблема и практика формирования мотивации педагогических нововведений как одна из центральных в профессиональной деятельности преподавателя. Рассматриваются возможности и практическое значение использования данных методов в системе высшего профессионального образования. Определенно, что в инновационной деятельности преподавателя высшего учебного заведения важным является мотивационный компонент, под которым понимают сформированность системы мотивов, знаний, умений, навыков, профессионально и личностно значимых качеств, компетенций, необходимых для разработки и внедрения педагогических инноваций.

This article provides an overview of interactive teaching methods and educational technology, analyzed the problem and practice of building motivation pedagogical innovation as one of the central activities in a professional teacher. The possibilities and the practical value of using these methods in higher vocational education. We consider the definition of interactivity, in particular found that especially the interaction between humans and technology. Designated interactive technology used in the classroom, they are predominantly software, which operates on a dialogue with the user and allows you to manage the process of learning. Determined that the teacher in innovation institution of higher education is an important component of motivation, which refers to formation of motivation, knowledge and skills professionally and personally meaningful qualities, competencies needed to develop and implement educational innovations. It was established that the formation of professional competence in education to use such technology education that require independence of students and the changing nature of the interaction of teachers and students, where the student is not so much an object of study as the subject of this process, and a teacher - his organizer. The advantages of use of multimedia technology in teaching technical colleges over traditional methods of information presentation and highlighted the overall results and effects of interactive learning. Established that modern education should focus on the formation of critical competencies in a rapidly changing socio-cultural and economic situation: self- learn, improve their skills or re-train fully, quickly assess the situation and its possibilities, make decisions and take responsibility for them, to be able to adapt quickly to the changing conditions of life and labor turn out new ways of working or transform the old , in order to optimize them.
