Positive emotions which students gain in the process of motor activity are a necessary addition to the effects as a means
of forming needs at their reproduction. But the feeling of pleasure as an element of positive emotions can be both beneficial and
harmful. If a student is deprived of any moral satisfaction, then overpowering his instinct pushes him to the vice. Since
endorphins as hormones occur and accumulate only when it is the occurrence of positive emotions, their absence facilitates the
search for pleasure not in physical load but external artificial impacts - drugs, alcohol, smoking. But is it a lack of satisfaction in
the natural needs of the motor activity in childhood, adolescence and even into adulthood and what is the main reason
addictions generating juvenile delinquency? To compensate for the production of endorphins by other thrills, the need for them
encourages teenagers to various stressful situations, so-called "exploits" that cause an aggressive adrenaline response -
increased content of adrenaline in the blood, which can not replace the emergence of positive emotions on the basis of the
release of endorphins. Specially selected exercises and physical activities that bring with them a lively joy, fun promote to
satisfying the natural need for movement, prevent the student from harmful habits, from negative emotions as domestic demand
at aggressive "charge" of adrenaline by means of means which do not require any additional efforts, i.e. with the help of easier
way. Figuratively speaking, the body chooses the path "through the thorns to the stars" by the use of different forms of activity,
developing algorithms in the realization of program "the reaction of overcoming".
